“Great experience visiting the outlet, product selection, purchase, and delivery. Sometimes I dread going into certain stores because the sales personnel harass/stock you. This was not the case here. We got to browse in peace for an extended time. The sales people were available for questions but were not following us around. Meredith was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient!! The couch was delivered the following week in perfect condition. Great experience and we will definitely return to this location in the future!”
“Just stopped in for the first time and this is probably my favorite antique store in Columbus. They have some of the most unique antiques I've found in this area. The shop is clean, easy to browse and the employee/owner was so nice and pleasant to talk to. This is a store I'll definitely be adding to my regular rotation of places to visit.”
“From my first cal,l after viewing online, Sterling was polite, extremely professional and set a most pleasant atmosphere upon my arrival to complete my purchase. Excellent 💯 Excitedly awaiting arrival and rewarding experience with my new bedroom... ACH”

“This furniture store is the best. The gentleman who helped me with my furniture was very helpful. They have very good customer service and they handled the delivery process perfectly. All of the staff are very professional. They deserve 10 stars”
“We've purchased several items from this store over the years and have been very pleased with the quality and service. Recently, we had a minor issue with outdoor furniture purchased in about 2012 (more than 10 years ago). I called and they contacted the manufacturer, who shipped replacement parts immediately at no cost. I could not be happier with how they took care of the situation!”
“Chris is the best! He helped us purchase a couch, bed frame, dressers and even came in on his day off to help us with a new mattress purchase. His customer service is top notch and we would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase new furniture.”
“Georgie's is a sweet little shop in Canal Winchester. Canal itself is a lovely small town with several shops and eateries to spend an afternoon. A spacious store, much larger than the previous location, where you can find shabby style, vintage, clothing, jewelry, candles, some furniture and other decor. A great place to find gifts and a relaxing place to shop. They are only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Roomy parking lot which is a plus.”
“As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a very kind associate, Mia/Meah. She took her time and answered all of questions making us feel welcomed & confident about our new purchase. We definitely recommend Bob’s Furniture!”
“Michael greeted me shortly after I walked in the store asked what I was looking for and led me to exactly what I wanted. It was a pleasure dealing with Michael besides doing business we had a pleasant conversation about our military experiences. I highly recommend doing business with Big Sandy to my friends and family. 😀”
“I have used Upscale 2 times now and have had great success. First was a nice leather sofa that sold within 60 days. The second was 2 power recliners that took about 90 days. Both time I received my consignment check in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this shop.”
“We had a great experience at this furniture store! We purchased a couch at a very good price, and the quality exceeded our expectations. The staff was helpful, honest, and made the process smooth from start to finish. We truly felt like we got an amazing deal and would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture without overpaying. Very nice he even threw a carpet with the purchase, absolutely amazing.”
“Didn't get a chance to take a look around Sticks & Stones because it wasn't open. However, I was very impressed with painting along side their parking lot."Brave little Brave" by Crystal Salyer”
“Baha is a great sales person. He works hard to make you happy even if you made mistakes on choosing furniture or fabrics. I will purchase all of my furniture with Baha. I had issues with other furniture stores and your store is a breath of fresh air!”

“I just purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer set from Awesome Dealz. I picked up the washer and dryer that day and hooked it up. There was a minor issue with the washer, but the management team was very quick to correct the issue. They went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer, and that is one of the many reasons I will continue to be an Awesome Dealz customer!”
“Ahmed, the Sales Manager, was great! He was friendly, professional and not pushy which I truly appreciate! He took the time to show me what I was looking for and then researched the measurement information I needed.”
“This store and it's awesome crew-team has me using this store only. I've rented several things from them over a 13-year span between this store and the store on South High Street, both had outstanding manager and staff. Now, Robert has been the general manager of this store since I've been coming here, and all I can say is " phenomenal and appreciative," he is, as well as his staff. At one point I was unable to pay my bill for a month because I was on disability and they had to do redetermination. With Robert's help he reviewed my account and gave me the best possible way to help me out until they release my disability payment. And I here to say, I'm still a customer, a very happy, satisfied, here-to-stay customer, because of the five-star ?????customer service that Robert and his team provides. Please note that I have paid something off early, as well as used the full term. And with that being said, the quality has always been excellent, in great condition, good price, and problem free.So I would like say quality service of merchandise 5?????, quality customer service 5 ?????,Staff 5?????, promptness in getting back to me or answering the phone 5?????, having merchandise or product availability/what they have in stock. 5 ?????, quality of the store is always clean, not cluttered, and always stocked each time I've come in 5?????. And yes, sometimes being on a plan can help, and that's what the monthly plan did for me 5 ?????In my review, I'm commending Robert of his excellent, awesome, and outderstanding contribution he gives to Aaron's store here in my community. Thank you Robert and your staff for y'all friendliness and making your store a positive and inviting place for us to shop." Y'all Rock ????, " I'm a forever customer ???♀️”
“I was helped by Alexis. She was incredibly inciteful and my my experience a hundred times better. She deserves a big raise for going above and beyond for the people she talks with.”
“I used the price check/ search box in the store to locate rain ponchos. It saved me a lot of time so I didn't have to walk through all the aisles to find them. Found just what I wanted at a very reasonable price.”
“I came to this store looking for a candle that I purchased at the Hilliard location not wanting to drive way over to the west side. The manager was putting out more Christmas candles and asked if I needed help. Told her about a habitat for humanity candle that I wanted to replace as it gave off the most fragrance I’ve gotten from a candle and at $3 or $4 due to it being half off, I planned on buying a few. She walked me around the various candles displays and showed me a variant from the same candle maker that she thought I would like. Mind you, as a fall candle, it was 75% off. This type of customer service is not received much anymore and I really appreciate her and the whole At Home team working on 12/19/25 during the evening.”
“Very pleased with my recent purchase of a Wi-Fi 6 System for my home this week. Target had what I needed in stock when Big Box Outlets within the same product category did not. The Target Staff and Checkout employees were very efficient in assisting with my quick need shopping occasion.”
“Absolutely love, love, love shopping Target via online Will Call. The front desk is right there as you walk in! There is another store in the same vicinity that requires the customer to walk all the way to the back of the store for PickUp items. I do my best effort NOT to shop there. As a senior citizen with ambulatory issues--walking to the back of the store isn't very comfortable. Whenever I can avoid shopping "there" it is what I do. Target is spot on with floor design and customer service.”
Bob's Discount Furniture is growing while its competitors shrink. The Manchester, Connecticut-based retailer reported strong fourth-quarter results in its first earnings call since going public in February, with revenue climbing 8.2% to $648.8 million. Full-year net revenue jumped 16.8% to $2.4 billion, and net income rose to $121.7 million from $87.9 million the prior year. CEO Bill Barton told analysts the company plans to open about 20 new stores in 2026 and sees a path to more than 500 locations by 2035, roughly two and a half times its current 209-store footprint across 26 states.
Wayfair is testing a new, smaller store design. The online home furnishings giant, famous for its endless digital catalog, is trying a different strategy for its physical locations. The company announced plans to open a smaller prototype store in Columbus, Ohio, scheduled for late 2026. Located next to the Polaris Fashion Mall, the new space will span approximately 70,000 square feet.
Online furniture giant Wayfair is setting up shop in Atlanta with plans for a huge 150,000-square-foot store opening in 2026. The new location will take over the former Walmart space at The District at Howell Mill shopping center. This marks Wayfair's second big store, following its first location that opened in Wilmette, Illinois, in May 2024.
