“Just stopped in for the first time and this is probably my favorite antique store in Columbus. They have some of the most unique antiques I've found in this area. The shop is clean, easy to browse and the employee/owner was so nice and pleasant to talk to. This is a store I'll definitely be adding to my regular rotation of places to visit.”

“Georgie's is a sweet little shop in Canal Winchester. Canal itself is a lovely small town with several shops and eateries to spend an afternoon. A spacious store, much larger than the previous location, where you can find shabby style, vintage, clothing, jewelry, candles, some furniture and other decor. A great place to find gifts and a relaxing place to shop. They are only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Roomy parking lot which is a plus.”

There was a minor issue with the washer, but the management team was very quick to correct the issue. I've rented several things from them over a 13-year span between this store and the store on South High Street, both had outstanding manager and staff.Now, Robert has been the general manager of this store since I've been coming here, and all I can say is " phenomenal and appreciative," he is, as well as his staff. At one point I was unable to pay my bill for a month because I was on disability and they had to do redetermination. With Robert's help he reviewed my account and gave me the best possible way to help me out until they release my disability payment. And I here to say, I'm still a customer, a very happy, satisfied, here-to-stay customer, because of the five-star ?????customer service that Robert and his team provides.Please note that I have paid something off early, as well as used the full term. And with that being said, the quality has always been excellent, in great condition, good price, and problem free.So I would like say quality service of merchandise 5?????, quality customer service 5 ?????,Staff 5?????, promptness in getting back to me or answering the phone 5?????, having merchandise or product availability/what they have in stock. 5 ?????, quality of the store is always clean, not cluttered, and always stocked each time I've come in 5?????. “I came to this store looking for a candle that I purchased at the Hilliard location not wanting to drive way over to the west side. The manager was putting out more Christmas candles and asked if I needed help. Told her about a habitat for humanity candle that I wanted to replace as it gave off the most fragrance I’ve gotten from a candle and at $3 or $4 due to it being half off, I planned on buying a few. She walked me around the various candles displays and showed me a variant from the same candle maker that she thought I would like. Mind you, as a fall candle, it was 75% off. This type of customer service is not received much anymore and I really appreciate her and the whole At Home team working on 12/19/25 during the evening.”

There is another store in the same vicinity that requires the customer to walk all the way to the back of the store for PickUp items. I do my best effort NOT to shop there.
As a senior citizen with ambulatory issues--walking to the back of the store isn't very comfortable. Whenever I can avoid shopping "there" it is what I do. Target is spot on with floor design and customer service.”

“Great experience visiting the outlet, product selection, purchase, and delivery. Sometimes I dread going into certain stores because the sales personnel harass/stock you. This was not the case here. We got to browse in peace for an extended time. The sales people were available for questions but were not following us around. Meredith was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient!! The couch was delivered the following week in perfect condition. Great experience and we will definitely return to this location in the future!”
