“Got a few items that should have been well over 20 dollars, paid 10 and some change! Will come to this waterbeds from now on! Usually I can get items from waterbeds on Amazon, the same product or item for half of the price! But the atmosphere of a waterbeds just will never compare to Amazon!!! Also the friendly and knowledgeable staff working the counters. Very nice and classy if I do say so myself! 5 stars! If I could give them 10 I would absolutely no doubt give them a 10 out of 10, and have already recommended! Keep up the wonderful work, retail isn't for everyone that's for sure! It takes a detail oriented person to put out all the inventory that waterbeds gets in. Organizing inventory, putting different inventory items in the correct location of the store and categorizing things so customers can view them in a certain area of the store! Well done waterbeds in Reynoldsburg. Kudos ?”

“We purchased a beautiful Flexsteel sofa, 2 recliners, from them. It was all great until the one recliner decided not to work anymore. It has electric controls for the reclining, lumbar and headrest. We called the warranty dept, as they talked us into purchasing that when we bought the furniture. We called the warranty company and they sent someone out - 3 weeks later. He had no parts with him, was at our house for less than 5 minutes, told us is was the electric cord or maybe the panel and they would order it. Then we get a call telling us it is still under the stores warranty and they can't do it. We call the store, who then calls their service people (outsourced).Then another guy shows up, still no parts with him and he says it is the motor not the cord. They say they will order it, they even took a picture of the actual part and #. Then 2 more weeks later we get the motor shipped to us, the guy comes out - wrong motor. We call the store again, they will order the part. I sent him pictures of the motor with the part number. Again, 2 weeks later we receive the wrong motor. Now we are sitting on another 3 weeks and still have no chair. We have complained about the customer service, asked for a new chair, and no response, except they are sorry. However, "Sorry" doesn't allow me to use my chair for the last 4 months! We paid over $1,548 for this chair!This is the most unacceptable customer service I have ever received or witnessed. I sold appliances for a living and none, not one, of my customers ever went thru this type of service. I always made it right.Another email was sent today, will I get a positive result or another, "I'm sorry."***UPDATE: Synopsis...We're sorry, Flexsteel is sorry". But wait for it...now the part won't be in until July 14th! So it will now be almost 5 months without a chair!***UPDATE: The Owner was informed of the situation, called me and has made this right. I will be receiving a new chair, which is scheduled for delivery on Monday, July 3rd. I appreciate his help in the situation, and making it right for the customer. He won back his customer.”

“This store and it's awesome crew-team has me using this store only. I've rented several things from them over a 13-year span between this store and the store on South High Street, both had outstanding manager and staff.Now, Robert has been the general manager of this store since I've been coming here, and all I can say is " phenomenal and appreciative," he is, as well as his staff. At one point I was unable to pay my bill for a month because I was on disability and they had to do redetermination. With Robert's help he reviewed my account and gave me the best possible way to help me out until they release my disability payment. And I here to say, I'm still a customer, a very happy, satisfied, here-to-stay customer, because of the five-star ?????customer service that Robert and his team provides.Please note that I have paid something off early, as well as used the full term. And with that being said, the quality has always been excellent, in great condition, good price, and problem free.So I would like say quality service of merchandise 5?????, quality customer service 5 ?????,Staff 5?????, promptness in getting back to me or answering the phone 5?????, having merchandise or product availability/what they have in stock. 5 ?????, quality of the store is always clean, not cluttered, and always stocked each time I've come in 5?????. And yes, sometimes being on a plan can help, and that's what the monthly plan did for me 5 ?????In my review, I'm commending Robert of his excellent, awesome, and outderstanding contribution he gives to Aaron's store here in my community. “I came to this location after receiving very very poor customer service at the Whitehall location where they accused me of stealing an item when returning it, despite having a receipt. A lovely employee named Jasper helped me out a great deal, acting very professional and kind toward me. I will definitely be coming to this location instead, thank you guys!”

“I had to return a tricycle because it was too small for my granddaughter. I returned it on a Saturday afternoon. There was only one customer in front of me. I was helped very quickly. The return money was placed back on my account with no problem. The customer service worker was very nice and helpful.”
