“Looking for 5/8 to 1/2 in compression cap. No luck at lowes or home depot. Not only did Zettler have it but their team knew exactly where in the store it was without looking it up.”

“The staff here are super nice and know way more about everything in the store than I did. I stop here any time I need something hardware related and will continue to do so as long as I'm in the area.”

“I called my local Ace Hardware in Groveport and asked the lady if they carried propane tanks she said yes. When I got there I asked to purchase a tank and she asked if I had just called and I said yes, she asked if I was exchanging it or purchasing it, Ive never had one before so I needed to purchase one. She told me to wait a moment while she checked in the back.. someone had dropped one off so she let me use that as an exchange. You have no idea how much this meant to me, times are tough and I really didnt have the money to get one but she made it more than half price. God bless this woman, she didn't have to do that for me but she went above and beyond for a random customer. Thank you so so much, your kindness matters 💗”

“I can't say enough good things about Austin. We switched from another local service, and it was a great move! He's friendly, always here when he's supposed to be, and the dogs appreciate the big bath towels to snuggle up in after grooming!”

“This is my go to place so that I don’t have to drive down to Lowe’s. This place has saved me so much money on do it yourself projects and regular home owner maintenance. They also have a Napa auto parts which is better than Auto-Zone and Advanced. They also have a Husqvarna dealer. And they have given me veterans discounts on two big purchases.”

“I had an excellent experience with Premium Hardware! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. Their selection is top-notch—beautiful, high-quality pieces that really elevate the look of a space. What stood out the most was their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my choices. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. If you’re looking for hardware that combines style, quality, and outstanding service, I highly recommend Premium Hardware. I will definitely be coming back for future projects!”

“I drive out from Whitehall, Ohio to go here for hardware. All of the folks here are personable, and always ask if I need anything when I walk in the door. Usually I head to the bolt bin, as this is one of the last hardware stores around that I know of that has bolt bins, so instead of buying packs of three grade 5 bolts like you do at the other hardware stores, you can actually get what you need, and in the quantity that you need it. They have springs, and I'm pretty sure I saw motor brushes. If you like to repair things, rather than just throw them out and replace them, this place is a treasure trove of goodies.”

“Talk to Brian by far the best employee there. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Though I have had trouble at this home depot location that man keeps me coming back to that location. I am a general contractor that offers a wide variety of services and enjoy seeing him there. He has long brown hair and will have no problem helping several customers at once. While helping me he helped out 2 other customers and still finished helping me bring the product up front. He makes that store a 10 out of 10...”

“Was there on Aug 26th was looking for a wood furniture dolly. Did not have a clue where that would be, a wonderful gentleman man named Eugene helped me, he was doing a HVAC display but helped me find the item. I use a wheelchair so it can be a pain to find items up high. He walked me to the item, helped me find it ( it was outside in the lawn and garden area, I would NEVER have found it! ) got it down for me, and made sure I dident need anything else. He was very nice and kind. U guys need more employees like eugene.”

“I stopped in this morning to look for a few things while my friend was exchanging a purchase. An associate working acknowledged me with a friendly hello and asked if she could help me find anything. She was very friendly...knowledgeable and professional. Along with a great attitude and smile!. Her name is Morgan! I just wanted you to know that I really appreciated her attitude. It's associates like her that make shopping enjoyable and keep me coming back!”

“I'm happy our closer location is offering children's workshops again. They cancelled on us too many times on the past, however, our children enjoy the various building themes: excited about the Leprechaun Trap this March”

“Quick and easy to use. Overall, the experience was good. Be carefull when dealing with different people there as they don't comminucate information to the other staff which creates miscommunication.”
