“Love Drug Mart and yesterday had two friendly employees which is unusual for us there so that was nice to be greeted.
However the pharmacy is another thing. The pharmacist huffing and rolling eyes at me doesn’t give me warm vibes. Very unapproachable and frustrated every time if you ask a question. You should be able to ask your pharmacists questions about the meds or pharmacy related without behind huffed at and irritated responses.
I’ve asked what OTC cold meds I could use safely with a RX that warned about certain ones but wasn’t specific and he said you’ll have to go read. Well I did and was uncertain and I even googled.
Well idk what I’m reading for therefore needed help and advice. Refused to help me. I left. I also never took that RX due to interaction risks and no help.
They rarely have our prescriptions in stock. Our last time sensitive prescription had to be ordered somewhere else because they didn’t have it. My one RX has to be ordered in every single time. Just seems odd. No help with doctors order something wrong and insurance won’t cover.
I grew up with a small town pharmacy and never these issues this is nearly everytime.

“I shop at the Kroger on 256 near Refugee Rd, There's a Giant Eagle right across the street and I used to shop there. The prices are about the same and so is the service. But what gives Kroger a leg up on Giant Eagle is that Kroger has a State Liquor store in their location.”
“Pickerington Hill Road Kroger couldn't fulfill my order *(even though I had ordered a week prior. They canceled less then 24 hours before my party because they had used up all the icing. Everywhere was slammed and wouldn't take my order. Thankfully the awesome ladies in the bakery saved my daughters party by taking my order and making and absolutely awesome cake at the last minute! “The level of customer service at freedom pharmacy is 10/10. I never feel like I'm bothering anybody when I call in with a question. The prescriptions are always ready quickly and I always save 50% from using a retail pharmacy. I had a Rx for antibiotic. My provider sent it to a retail pharmacy by accident, and then corrected & sent it to Freedom Pharmacy. Freedom Pharmacy had it ready within the hour, the retail pharmacy had not even started processing it until the next day. Once again, the cost difference was 50% cheaper by eliminating the middle man and letting Freedom pharmacy fill it.”
