“They recently helped me avoid a very difficult situation. A male friend of my mother, who has dementia, drove her to the bank with the intent on withdrawing all money from one of her accounts. Dan called me and was able to stop the transaction, preventing the loss of thousands of dollars.”

“Etka was amazing today! She took her time trying to fix my son's account so he could get his debit card after the Canal branch manager who set up the account in the first place did it incorrectly causing him to not get a card sent or even linked to his high school checking. After trying all remedies she could she had to close the account and open a completely new one! She made sure he would be sent a card and it was linked to his account and even made sure he could log into his online banking and knew all the features he could access online. She also is trying to see if we can get the coupon he had applied to his new account since he was never able to access the other account after it was set up (coupon was for $125 to be given after so many transactions) but bc it was used on the account we had to close it was not letting her apply it to his new one so she had to send it to upper management to be reviewed and applied to his new account due to bank fault. She went above and beyond to help us and every employee we encountered today was very nice and helpful! Which i am used to with most chase banks, but was has not been the case with canal. I will definitely be back to this location”
“I went to the Pickerington branch yesterday with my payroll check. I usually have it direct deposited but had a paper check because I had just switched my direct deposit to PNC. I was helped by Audrey and just came here to say that she is awesome at her job. Meant to be in customer service. She was extremely polite, professional and helped me with exactly what I needed. I went in that day with a common problem that I’ve always dealt with when going into banks and other establishments. I briefly explained my situation and no questions asked she cashed my check and assured me that the rest would be available the following morning, even though it’s the day before the Fourth of July, and usually a federal bank holiday. I woke up this morning to all my funds released as she promised. Keep being an exceptional human being, Audrey, because sometimes the smallest thing can change the course of someone’s day. PNC, give this woman her recognition and a raise. She’s a gem at your branch.”
“I personally went into the local branch on yesterday 05/22/26, to complete a deposit transaction, once I completed procedural policy of the bank to document transaction funds were available instantaneously exact day.
There’s a new male hire that needs promoted immediately up to Regional Site Manager, timeframe it took to complete effortlessly was around 3:00 pm est to 3:20pm est.”

“Great branch bank. Always greeted by name when I come in for a visit. Very helpful people. Highly recommended. They don't have tellers at this branch but they do have a sort of super ATM in the lobby that takes cash or checks and can dispense cash.”
