They offer various services and their CD rates are competitive and their checking accounts services are great. I highly recommend CME especially the Refugee Branch.”

“First time banking with KEMBA and using this branch! Everyone has been so helpful and patient as I navigate using a different bank than the one I'm used to. The virtual teller feature at this location is convenient and fast - you're literally talking to a human teller, just over video as they help you with your account. I felt a little silly using it at first and bungled some info, but again everyone was so nice. I'll continue using this branch for sure!”

“I came upon this wonderful key bank location by accident as I had been next door at huntington bank and was told I could not open an account there without an appointment. So i walked to key bank and was immediately greeted by Chris D. He welcomed me warmly and explained everything that was necessary to open a new account. I was there under unpleasant unexpected circumstances and he did everything he could to make my experience as pleasant as possible. This level of customer service is always appreciated, and he needs to know that his kindness made a huge impact on me that day. Thank you.”

“Too often do we forget how impactful one person's service can be to the general appearance of a company. Today's experience was an excellent example. Now that banks are opening up for general in-house service, I expected to walk in on a long line. I had had some difficulty opening a new business banking account online and learned that that feature us no longer available; that I had to do this in person. Thankfully, I called and scheduled an appointment. The young lady (Ashley) on the line was extraordinarily pleasant and helpful with any and all questions I presented. Thus, I felt good about my upcoming scheduled appointment, despite the fact that I was eager to open and complete the new account process then and there on the phone. As expected, there was a good-size line at the bank, but I walked beyond it and politely interrupted someone working with a seated customer, asking where I needed to go for a 4 o'clock appointment. She kindly told me, after confirming my time, that she would be right with me momentarily. Not only was she efficient in walking me through the process while educating me on things I could expect, she advised in matters I hadn't considered, but could anticipate in the future, regarding business account management. This is something I definitely needed and was grateful for receiving. Surprisingly, she remembered speaking to me on the phone (so yes, it was the same young lady - Ashley). We had a great conversation, sharing a few laughs along the way, which made the entire experience enjoyable. As a former store manager, I know the importance of having charismatic and caring personnel on the staff. These are traits that you don't teach. They bring them to the table. As I said in the beginning, one person's performance is often a reflection of the company. I've never had a problem at this location and with people like her available for assistance, I doubt I ever will.”

“PNC with the personal Banker is very Important to me. Hellen Hathoway was my 1st. Fantastic,helped me many times. Now I have Kevin Malone. He is always willing to assist,advise and return all my calls or emails. Personal Banking is the Mustard on a hot dog. You want a ballpark Hot-dog, cold or warm like your beer or soda, Go to another Bank. Want the works? Go with Kevin and the nice crew at PNC Pickerington Ohio”

“I finally was able to qualify for a Chase Sapphire Preferred credit card, so I did the whole shabigalo online. When the card came in the mail, I activated it with no trouble, but was unable to see my account via the Chase website or their app that I put on my phone and registered for. After about a week of trying to troubleshoot on my own, I gave up and headed to this Chase for some Custer support. Ashton was the gentleman who helped me out when I arrived. Friendly personality, and was good at checking all possible avenues before calling into Chase for more support. He called into their home office's credit card dept, and after 10 minutes speaking with them, they were able to get everything fixed and squared away so I was able to get on the app. While I do not do my personal banking at Chase, that experience was smooth and hassle-free (on my end). Obviously this bank has been my go-to for any face to face interactions since.”
