“The clerk was absolutely amazing. She was working on a task when I arrived, she still made sure to greet me, and with a smile. Even after I told her not to rush herself, I was in no hurry, she stopped her task immediately and cashed me out. I know this is simple practice in the customer service industry, but so many convience stores in particular, do not have even decent customer service skills any more. So I very much appreciated this clerk!”

I asked once for a specific item to be there that wasn’t there before and Apoorva remembers me every time. His wife is also very polite. Support these people. They’re nice.”

“This is my first review ever of a gas station, and it deserved it! Inside is all clean, bathroom is clean, everything is organized.
3 ladies run the place today, all are working ?, they even organized sweeteners, not just dumped them into the shelves!!!
They actually separated bananas, so we dont have to struggle pulling them apart )) Whoever runs this place did a good job hiring people! ???
And it is a real coffe machine, not a foam one. I'm just impressed by the level of dedication ?”
“I go there coz sometimes they have cheaper price good quality gas. But to get the 3¢ off, you have to go in Walmart n put your money on a gift card. Then go to the pump n swipe your card.”

“I have to use a walker and I often forget my pin number. I want to thank the employees here. Every day I come in an employee helps me get my things when I forget my pin they are patient and hold my things. I have no family nearby and I'm handicap these employees here make my day with thank you especially the girl with the accent and the manager with the beard”
“So important to share praise when you get good service! I drive from Versailles to the Piqua Kroger as their staff is exceptional and their inventory is very good. I was asked 3 different times today by employees if I was finding everything ok. SO friendly!! Even the sushi chef asked if I was finding what I wanted! Fresh fruits and veggie section is varied and has everything I need every time I shop there. Greenville Kroger needs to take serious notes on how to manage a well run store! Thankyou Piqua Kroger!”
