I had dropped off my car at a mechanic, and I had called to reserve a car with a competitor, only to find out not only had their reservation team failed to make my reservation but they had no cars. I had rented from this location before, and I called ahead to make sure they had a vehicle. Mina answered the phone and told me she would wait for me, even though I would be a bit late.
