“Yesterday my husband and I went to the Poland, Ohio Walgreens to get our annual flu shots. Even though there were several clients waiting for their vaccines/shots, the pharmacists and staff quickly and efficiently took care of each of us. They were all professional and respectful and explained how to use the Walgreens coupon attached to our receipts. We were excited about the coupon we received for items in the store during our next visit. When we got home and checked our rewards’ balances, I had mine on the app, but my husband did not. Today he went back into the Walgreens about that, and within minutes Lou and Marsha rectified the situation for us by restoring the value of the coupon to his rewards account. We want to thank them for taking the time to help him all while they continued with their other responsibilities. Thanks!”
