“Giving 5 stars primarily for the two great encounters that I had with Walmart team members. I had a list and was finding everything quickly. When I couldn't find the rug grip tape, I asked Dylan who was near the paint area if he did other areas besides paint if he could help. He quickly said yes. I described what I was looking for and that I couldn't find it. He said. Oh. I know where that is and it can be tricky to see. He took me right there and voila. Next, I was trying to find the equate readers. I found a turn style in front of the pharmacy. Only one pair of equates. Hmmm. That's not what the inventory shows online. I asked a team member whose name I didn't get but she clearly wasn't interested in helping. I asked if there were any other areas for the reader glasses. She says no that's all there is. Oh well, I go check out. On the way out, I pass the eye center. I ask if they have any of the equate brand readers there. Linda was so sweet and said. No, but if there weren't any in front of the pharmacy, you can go around the corner by the wall and there are readers on the end cap. My husband takes the items we purchased to the car and I go check. Bingo! Equate brand reader glasses! Very much appreciate Dylan and Linda! It is associates like them that make the shopping experience excellent!”
