“I went to Twisted Metal for a slight dent and a lot of scratched paint incurred by backing up and turning, scraping the front left side of the car on the side of my garage door. It looked bad, there was a lot of garage paint and scratches on the car. The manager of Twisted Metal, told me after looking at it that he was going to “make my day” and he did! He was able to remove the paint and small scratches with some kind of polish. The dents he thought could be popped out by a dent removing service. But really, you would have to look carefully to see any dent. This is after I got a $1700 estimate from the dealer. I wanted to pay him, but he would not take my money. Who does that anymore? I will go back, and I trust them to be honest.”
