“The employees where very helpful delivery duo where very nice and kind , but the bed I got out from there that I finally received last week I believe , is extremely uncomfortable I have slept on it about 2 times what can I do , because the price I would say is fair the customer service was great the bed is just to uncomfortable I have only slept on it 2 times if say since I got it last week , I need some kind of help because I don't mind giving it back but I do mind paying for something I'm not even using and is taking to much space I been in my new apartment sleeping on the couch while my king size mattress is in the bed room”

Cody was our primary point of contact who was always friendly and professional (was able to squeeze in a same-day on-site consult as well); Cody helped navigate several requests and revisions of the job. Jacob was the designer behind the scenes and expertly accomodated our requests. Tim confirmed the install logistics, and the install crew of JD, Nick, and Marc executed the job to perfection. “Best record store in Central Ohio! The owners are friendly, helpful, and know how to properly grade the condition of an album. When it says VG+, it is VG+! All of their inventory is high quality used albums (and a few CDs) so don't go looking for the latest Taylor Swift release on Record Store Day – you won't find it there for a least a few days! :) My personal shopping experience has been great. David Lewis has introduced me to some fantastic artists I would never have heard of without his caring enough to share his encyclopedic knowledge of music, and I've found some amazing jazz & Brit-pop records there over the years just thumbing through the stacks and enjoying the vibe. Go there, buy an album, and be glad stores like this still exist!”

“If I could give 6 stars I would… I like many others have broken my phone screen more times then I can count, because of this I have been to more phone repair stores then I can count. Almost every repair store I have been to is nearly identical to the last. Poor customer service, untrustworthy results, warranty calls, headaches and much more. NOT gadget ease!!! When I tell you they are the best I feel like I’m not doing them justice. I walked in today and was met with a big smile from who I believe said his name was Marcus. He quickly identified my issue which was the prior screen was installed wrong from a different shop.. big surprise right. He told me he could get it fixed for half the price of anyone else, and even though It was busy he still had it fixed almost 45 minutes ahead of schedule. I can’t recommend them enough after today, they will TAKE CARE OF YOU!”
