The audio system they installed is easily the best I’ve ever had in a vehicle and clearly beats both the Harman Kardon system in my previous Ram and the Bang and Olufsen Unleashed system in my Ford. Donovan assisted me and he was extremely efficient and helpful. This was my first time getting a new device as an autorized user and it was refreshing to go to a store and not walk out in a terrible mood. It took maybe 30-45 minutes and I was on my way with my new phone. He explained things clearly and made all the terms easy to understand. I truly appreciated his attentiveness!”
