Called for advice and was asked to bring it in and see what they can do. I asked about what if options and was provided with good info. I was pleased with the honest information I received. Corporate just wanted me to send the phone in based on the phones state of operation. I like the phone I was using even though it was getting a few years old.”

“I'm probably too old to be a fair judge of pricing, but I was just under $100.00 for a battery replacement on a Samsung A32. It will be worth it if I get another 18 to 24 months of a functional cell phone in Columbus, Ohio.
Other than that, I am not fond of being called honey. However, I do understand that some people might find it charming.”
“Tre was amazing and fixed an issue so I didn't have to go to the apple store and wait hours for an appointment for diagnosis. The battery died in my 17 and wouldn't charge. Tre trouble shooted and had it working in 15 minutes after being in operable for over 25 hours. Thanks Tre and Go Steelers!!!”

“Ivan could not only be the best example of patience, and customer service, but as well genuinely cares about making sure you get what you need. This man was on the phone with me for almost half an hour, and also set my iPhone 11 up completely, as well as being very clear in breaking down the details for me. The world needs more people like this man. He’s a change in the world and brought kindness & patience to my “newbie” experience. Managers should buy this guy some lunch. Ivan is a gem of a soul. “❤️ I have an IPHONE which needed to be repaired, it had a cracked screen. I left my phone and went shopping, came back and it was ready. The gentleman informed me that it would only take 25mins. I also purchased a screen protector and phone case, I was excited to see everything was put in its place. All of the prices are shown on top of the counter. The person who repaired my phone was very pleasant and easy to talk with. I would recommend this place if you have a cracked phone that needs to be fixed. Thank you so much my phone looks brand new.??”

“Was emotionally distraught off tip. Phone was just not working. Swung in over yonder and the two sweethearts got this ole boys phone fixed up like lickity split. Phone wasn’t working with a regular charger, they put it on a wireless charger and about 10 minutes later it came right on.”

I been to cellairis phone repaier store in Polaris mall to get my phone fixed, I asked the guy who is working there his name is Henry I asked him for my broken phone, he told me the cheapest price for my i7 plus and told me come back after 20mins so when got back he showed me my phone first I didn't recognize my phone it was like brand new, it was working great and still working, he also gave me 50% off for other purchases. They are very serviceable people ... I hope you guys all had a good experienced there”
