“Very respectful nice storage! little hard to find the storage unit past the property management who takes care of the grounds who was doing yard work. I guess their employees that manage the property take care of everything called in and was helped almost immediately, Told us where not to put stuff that there's a leak in the front that he's tried to fix prices are great right now there's a sale for $0 your first month! Just a deposit and just got sent this $50 dollar gift card for Amazon to rate this have seen some rates saying that they have had to call multiple times for some issues. But at least they do send you here to share and rate them. Only my first week tho bought it the 30th of July.”

“I was looking for a space to park a summer car, didn't want to necessarily pay a covered unit but just a open space, phoned Jug Storage and he had spaces along the curb to park vehicles, the prices, availability and location was great, his availability was 24/7 which was great when needed the space at the last minute !! Will definitely reach out again when storage space is needed in the further.”

Although the parking lot/dropoff area was a little tight and confusing to navigate, dropping our vehicle off at this location went extremely smoothly. We were checked out by Gary, who was very friendly and professional, adeptly handling multiple questions/issues coming up while also taking care of us. Unless we can find an alternative adequate location closer to us, I would certainly rent from this location in the future, if needed.”

“We rented a van from U-haul to move a desk/shelf unit we purchased online it was the perfect size. We ordered the furniture dolly and the hand cart and both were in the van. We needed to pick up before they opened and used their automated pickup. The app could use some updates but it worked, albeit slowly. But made it nice to not have to wait in line or talk with anyone. All in all a quick easy rental to accomplish the task.”
