“Excellent customer service! This shop reminds me of how paint and hardware stores felt when I was a kid — friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in your project. The staff offered great suggestions and really took the time to help me find what would work best. I can’t remember the last time someone actually asked what I was painting, and it honestly took me by surprise in the best way.
They color-matched our trim perfectly to our funky wallpaper, and their cabinet paint recommendation left such a smooth, enamel-like finish that now I’m tempted to repaint all the trim in the house. It’s rare to find this kind of personal service anymore. Highly recommend!”

“Went in to get a color match. The employee that helped us was very kind. However, Sherwin-Williams does not allow you to get new paint if the first one does not match perfectly. They offered to add color to the current one to try and get it to match, but it still did not. The second time I went in to get the color fixed they did the color match again and it gave a different formula. But I would have had to buy another container of paint to try out that formula. Doesn’t make much sense. Just go to Menards, they allow you to exchange paint for free until they get the color right. Staff was great though!”

He is universally pleasant and has given me excellent service and advice.”

Ian was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my many questions (and calls to my wife for direction). I watched him give every customer the same personal attention and expert advice, even in fluent Spanish. He even helped me load up my truck with a dozen gallons of paint.
