“Thomas did an amazing repair on my A/C and gave me a better quote than any other mechanic I asked. One mechanic wanted to charge me $1300 for the repair and Thomas explained how much the parts cost (which was less than 1/3 of the quote the other shops gave me) . He was quick with it and honest about it. He even said I could use his quote to get a better deal elsewhere if I didn't want to drive it to him. On the phone and in person very, very professional, polit, kind, informative, customer friendly with patient's and integrity. I even called AMMOCO corporate office to let them know about manager DILLION. The very next day DILLION called to let me know they had completed the diagnostic test. Not only did Wayne's auto diagnose my issue accurately, but from the time I dropped it off until the time it was done, was less than 24 hours. ipad, sharp eyed, automated, upsell, paperwork pusher, sorry, need to replace your entire XXXX system, no, can't just fix the one part, for your benefit, of course, only the highest standard of care, of course, but also please extra fee for a warranty, of course, tiered, so they know exactly how much disdain is appropriate for you, specifically.
Meanwhile today at Aarrow:
a gruff man telling you that they replaced the thing and you don't need to pay because it's under warranty (turns out they did some work on it last year).
Bottom line:
if you don't try these guys you are missing out!”

Communicated that they needed to call in an outside person to complete diagnostic work on the vehicle. Well I have to say whoever you use knows what they are talking about.
