191 West Olentangy Street Unit East, Powell OH 43065
“The staff is great and honest. They had our car in a while back, they contacted my wife and said they were not sure what was wrong with car. Communicated that they needed to call in an outside person to complete diagnostic work on the vehicle. Well I have to say whoever you use knows what they are talking about. The repair you completed on behalf of the person that you called in was spot on. Our car is fixed! I wish we could personally thank the person you called in. I believe you said it was Joe or John from Bullseye or Buckeye Auto. Thanks for fixing our car and getting the other person involved to get it fixed right.”

“I purchased these rims and tires and I called them to see how much they charge to install them on my truck and the price was outstanding everywhere else. They want it over $170 to install them. I was so pleased that I gave each one of them a tip thank you. I will come again and bring more customers. This is what a shop should be like thank you so much.”

“Had help from Don and Scott who work at the front desk. I did not speak to their technicians but both men were very kind and transparent with me throughout the process. I may need to check the pricing of service and labor at other auto shops in the future as I didn’t spend enough time looking at that when getting my estimate and bill but overall my car is now in good shape, they fixed my issue and Boyd’s is definitely a safe option to take your car to. Thank you!”

“Thomas did an amazing repair on my A/C and gave me a better quote than any other mechanic I asked. One mechanic wanted to charge me $1300 for the repair and Thomas explained how much the parts cost (which was less than 1/3 of the quote the other shops gave me) . He was quick with it and honest about it. He even said I could use his quote to get a better deal elsewhere if I didn't want to drive it to him. He got my business right away instead of the other shops. He will forever be the mechanic I go to.”

“I went to this amco to get thank GOD A FREE DIAGNOSTIC on my transmission. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the nicest young managers in year's name DILLION. On the phone and in person very, very professional, polit, kind, informative, customer friendly with patient's and integrity. I even called AMMOCO corporate office to let them know about manager DILLION. The very next day DILLION called to let me know they had completed the diagnostic test. I ask for someone higher up than himself, just so happen's i met the owner GENERAL JAY who was working like one of his macanic's. It was also my pleasure to meet the owner who was just as nice and polite as his manager DILLION.”

“First time here. These are my guys now. My car is almost 10 years old, so the occasional problem is going to happen. Not only did Wayne's auto diagnose my issue accurately, but from the time I dropped it off until the time it was done, was less than 24 hours. I realize that can't always be the case, but I can't deny that these guys made me a priority. Efficiency matters, and their willingness and ability to get my issues diagnosed and repaired quickly, meant that I was able to get back to normal life. (And stop paying rental car fees) My 10 year-old car feels like it will keep serving me for a long while.”

5263 Godown Rd, Columbus OH 43235
“So I've been going to these guys for routine maintenance for years now, only ever had one issue that was resolve immediately and amicably by the team. But I'm giving five stars now because.... Today I needed to replace a valve stem core. The team was very honest about the cost and time to do so, basically did it for free and even showed me how to do it in the future.”

7286 Hayden Run Rd, Hilliard OH 43026
“You know what feeling I get when I visit? It feels like this place is a local landmark. A place of calm in turbulent times, where people just fix cars. What you get at the chain repair shop: ipad, sharp eyed, automated, upsell, paperwork pusher, sorry, need to replace your entire XXXX system, no, can't just fix the one part, for your benefit, of course, only the highest standard of care, of course, but also please extra fee for a warranty, of course, tiered, so they know exactly how much disdain is appropriate for you, specifically. Meanwhile today at Aarrow: a gruff man telling you that they replaced the thing and you don't need to pay because it's under warranty (turns out they did some work on it last year). Bottom line: if you don't try these guys you are missing out!”

She helped me with my Endurance warranty to save me from coming out of my pocket except for my deductible. I am coming back again to get more work done because she helped me a lot! This place is on Morse Rd. and they’re even open on Saturdays.”
