“We have used IncaAztec for years and they are a really great company to work with and to use for storage. Very professional and the employees are amazing.
Highly recommend!!!”
“We have been renting a unit for over a year and have been very pleased with the clean and dry environment and the kindness of the staff. The Pea Ridge area is gated and easy to find. Definitely recommend this place.”
“No problems whatsoever with Watts Bros. It was the only company in the area that I could find that charged a flat hourly rate with no minimum. They arrived early, did a great job, and did it quickly. I really can't ask for better service than what they provided.”
“I've rented units from here multiple times. This is the only place I will store my stuff. The manager Dee Dee is the best! She makes me feel safe about having my things stored here. 100% would recommend”

“We have been on and off the phone with Amanda for a few days now. She has been more than help us with our storage needs. She is such a sweet person. She has answered all of questions and always calls us back when she says she will. We will only be renting from her from now on as her customer service is A+++.”
“Other than u been raising the prices it's been good but making me put insurance on it when it did nothing for me when my unit got broken into so I don't see why I should have to pay for something u all will find away around and not pay anyway but it's been over all a good deal thank u”
“They have a really nice place. I would recommend this location and storage business to everyone. Thank you to management for all of their help getting into my unit.”
“The Huntington WV location manager Jason K was absolutely amazing! He was kind, helpful, and was able to install a hitch on my jeep in the same day. I was already having a hard day but he made it better! Whoever his regional manager please know you have an outstanding leader. Give tho guy some kind of bonus, raise or incentive. It’s rare to come across people like him in today’s world! Thank you Jason for all your help!”

“I had to move emergently and shopped around for storage units and everyone’s prices were $75 or above and that was starting with one the size of a closet. At Barboursville Storage I rented a unit that you could store a car inside for $55. They jst recently raised their prices to $60, but that extra $5 is worth every penny whether you jst need som extra space or you have to get a extra place! Excellent plce! Plenty of Units in all different sizes.”
“Wonderful customer service. It was a joy working with Donna. She showed us all available units and helped us reserve a space in no time! She walked us through all the steps and answered all of our questions.”

“Has cheap storage units. The ones outside are descent enough. The one for$25 is literally a broom closet and they truly are small all the way up to a 5 x12 and only then do they extend to what they should be. But the interior units are very nice just very few. The workers are alright to deal with no problems there.”
