“This is more than a convenience store, but smaller than a grocery store. Easy in and out in a quick manner. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I stop in almost everytime I go by. Support local business and stop by. You'll be glad You did. The prices are very reasonable especially factoring in the convenience aspect.”
“Simply the best grocery store in Marion. Aldi is my go to for most grocery needs. If you shop here you just have to accept that you will have to outsource some items elsewhere. You will also need a nice assortment of reusable grocery bags. Aldi offers paper bags, freezer bags, and regular reusable grocery bags for purchase near the checkout area as well. They have wonderful alternatives for name brand items without as many harsh ingredients. I can also say from experience you will spend a fraction of the price you would at the other grocery stores while having a much better experience. It's rarely over crowded in here and the employees are always delightful.”
“Love this place my friend has ms and had check that needed cashed and Jack let us come through drive thru cuz he has trouble walking and that ment the world to us cuz even though they are wheelchair accessible it's just so hard for him to get in and out of vehicle and Jack is so understanding and everyone that works there always nice would rather drive across town to come there than go to drive thru by my house. “Stopped in for gas in the Harley today. I've been here before but been a long time. The gas prices are fair considering the location. They are old school gas pumps. No credit card reader, have to leave your card then pump gas. The store has all the essentials you'd need if you lived in New Bloomington. Good selection of beers and everything. They have deli items but the selection was limited. Looked like maybe 5-6 kinds of cheese, but only bologna and ham for meat selections. Nice little store, and the girl running the cash register was friendly.”

“Being a truck driver; I have been MANY DG stores! You can tell how the manager cares about their store by the way it looks!!
I am in town to pick up a load and I came to this location for my DG needs.. I must say; this store looks GREAT! Not only does the isles and product are clean and presented nicely; I was greeted at the door and was told to have a wonderful evening!! I love going into stores and the employees aren’t acting like they’re only there for a pay check!!

“Newly opened Dollar General location. Grand Opening in August 2024. They have a wide selection of items from groceries, snacks, pop to kitchen utensils, cards, and decorations. Dropped by to check the place out and grab a drink and some snacks. The front counter associate was very friendly. Prices are pretty comparable to the Dollar Tree/Family Dollar in LaRue. Just hope this place doesn't shut down the gas station just down the road.”
“I love this Krogers! It's always clean, the shelves are stocked & most of all I love how they treat me. They treat me with courtesy, & respect. They sound sincere - not like robots with canned phrases programmed into them.”
“Some prices are higher but you can always count on being able to get a money order here! Some gas stations don't offer them and the ones that do act like there are only certain people "trained" on how to sell money orders. If those certain people aren't available then you'll be turned away! Never at this place though.”

When I see negative reviews on most places I immediately suspect the driver is rude or impatient and demanding with a place as I continue to go to places and treat the receiver or delivery with respect and I get the same in return”
