“My experience was excellent. Online scheduling with appointment reminders. After hours drop off AND pickup along with an optional loaner vehicle if needed. I am not a mechanic but I work with many and I trouble shot an A/C issue down to a potentially failing compressor. Stringer, being what I consider 100% honest, pinpointed the issue to a bad solenoid that I had initially picked up from Autozone to replace the OEM solenoid. So I was back up and cool for about $225 instead of $700 that I had received from other estimates. They earned my repeat business!”

Check engine light came on in my car unexpectedly right before Easter weekend so I scheduled drop off with the shop for the following week. Mary at front desk was really friendly, helpful, and efficient. They called me that same morning with diagnosis of the problem and a fair quote on parts/labor.
My car was ready the following morning; payment and pickup process was quick and simple as well. Engine light is gone now and it drives perfectly normal again. Will definitely return for future work and will highly recommend the shop to others!”

“I have been taking my vehicles to John for about 15 years now, and he is the only one I trust to do honest work on them. My car was having issues late in the evening after most shops are closed, and I made the mistake of taking it to a dealership that was open late. I paid more than I should have for the service and once it was complete, was told that I needed to get another service done on it that was going to cost me $1,800. I reached out to John immediately to get his opinion. He had me bring it to his shop the next day where he confirmed that I did not need the service done that the dealership had tried to tell me was absolutely necessary. Not only that, but IF I had actually needed it done, he would have charged half of what the dealership had told me. John is the most trustworthy,caring mechanic you will find. “The guys at the Canal Winchester Walmart auto center were very nice and helpful. Much better service than the Reynoldsburg Walmart Auto Center. I was having 2 tires put on my car, on the front, and I think they did a good job. It didn’t take very long either, only about 30 minutes or so. We just walked around Walmart until they were done. Originally I was planning on having my tires put on at the Reynoldsburg location but when I tried to schedule my appointment, the guy tried to tell me that they were all booked up until next year. This was around Thanksgiving weekend and I bought the tires during Black Friday sale.”
