“Plenty of signs telling you trucks which entrance to use. Cool guard. Gave simple instructions on where to go and what to do. Yard dogs made sure I knew where to go as well. Shipping office was nice and check in/out was quick and easy. Wouldn't mind grabbing a load from here again.”
“Stopped in to see what kind of candy they had. They have quite a selection. Candy from your childhood corner store to candy from overseas. They have novelty from tv to movies. They also have some bulk candies, sodas, chocolates, hard tack, gummies, and Pez. The parking lot has about 7 spots. Getting in and out of the lot is fairly easy. There is a ramp to get onto the step into the building. If using a wheelchair, the inside is tight. You can maneuver, but it will be tight. The person at the counter greeted me with a smile. It is a small local family business and need to be supported.
Parking: Small lot about 7 spaces. 1 handicapped spot.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to sidewalk. A little tight for a wheelchair but ok.”
“On the one hand I am a bit biased as my father was a wartime and school pal of the founders. Regardless, anytime you are at one of their shops everyone is just so genuinely friendly and welcoming and helpful because that is the type of person the company hires and since everything in an organization takes its cue from the top that tells you a lot about their quality as well. I have always enjoyed the variety of products in the quality is absolutely consistent. Quite frankly I've always felt lucky to live in an area where I have access to such consistently good sweet treats!”
“Our son and family live in Bexley and sent us a nice selection of Anthony-Thomas candy last Christmas, so when we visited them last week we had to visit the Bexley shop also. Sandy was very welcoming and took time to see that we got what we wanted. We bought some for ourselves and some to take back home to Arkansas for family and our fave neighbors. They lose a star for not allowing even customers to use their restroom. That is just tacky.”
“Was charged for 3 bags of the freeze dried candy when I only got 2. Was another 10$ charged for nothing. Didn't realize till we left and checked the receipt.
update: went back a couple hours later and could get a refund on the extra money”
“A must go for all types of chocolate candy! Rows of chocolate goodness. Whether you’re not sure, and want to try something, or if you know exactly what you want—they have it. It’s a small shop, but packed with a ton of yummy treats! I love their Buckeyes—they’re available as singles or in a dispenser. Driving to their Reynoldsburg store was easy, and parking wasn’t an issue. Staff were polite and knowledgeable. Definitely a place to visit!!”
