“IT WAS AN EMERGENCY!!!!!! One of my flip-flops broke ? I absolutely had to get to Old Navy ASAP!! I will only buy my flip-flops from Old Navy, and have been for the past 20 years. Of course I couldn't only walk out with just flip flops. My annoyed husband, even wound up finding a few things for himself...... aaaaaannnnnddd he wasn't annoyed with my emergency mission (that I made him come with me on) by the time we left the store.All around win. “Great store if you are looking for quality second hand items. At times, I find it difficult to dig through the no-so-great items they have. But, with some diligence, you can find some great items! We frequently find name brands like Cat & Jack, Nike, Addidas, Janie and Jack, and Baby Gap, more.”
“5 stars for improvement! This store had taken a bad turn over the last couple of months. The company apparently quickly brought in new management and completely turned things around. The store looks great now and the customer service has very much improved! This is one of my favorite stores, and the company has shown how important this Columbus location is to them!”
