Zara is a favorite place to shop for many, offering popular sales twice a year. The store has seen significant improvement recently, with new management turning things around. The location now looks great and customer service has very much improved. Employees are described as friendly, professional, and exhibiting outstanding courtesy, efficiency, and attentiveness. Their commitment to excellence and genuine hospitality contributes to a seamless and pleasant experience. However, experiences can vary. On regular days, the store is tidy, but during busy sales periods it can become messy with clothes everywhere and very long, slow-moving lines at the registers. Some customers express disappointment, noting that fitting rooms have sometimes been closed unexpectedly and that staff can occasionally be unhelpful in locating specific items. Despite these occasional issues, many customers remain grateful for the store's presence and commend the remarkable professionalism of the team.
I am not welcome in any Zara store. I will never ever buy one thing from you all .

Horrible store, they do not provide you with a receipt (they say you will get a text message and you never get one) this is violation of law and I will be filing a report. Done with Zara.
