However, experiences can vary. On regular days, the store is tidy, but during busy sales periods it can become messy with clothes everywhere and very long, slow-moving lines at the registers. Some customers express disappointment, noting that fitting rooms have sometimes been closed unexpectedly and that staff can occasionally be unhelpful in locating specific items. I absolutely love Zara, but the Easton location could use a reset. I think with consistency, management, and teamwork, this could be doable.

I love shopping at Zara. The customer service are very nice and helpful, I especially love their jeans, and the clothes feel high-quality with many pieces made from natural materials. The styles are modern and well made.
