“It’s a nice and secure place to store your belongings. I have a 10x10 unit and it’s perfect I have a lot of stuff in it and still have a lot room. The property is clean and I haven’t had not one issue so far. Definitely recommend it”
“One of the cheaper places, great promo for first month. I'm really disappointed that the website says 24 hours access but the signs all say access ends early, like 9 or 10 pm. I chose them BECAUSE of the 24 hours, but I'm not going to leave because of it. Also had a small confusion at move in, at noon on a Friday, and no one answered the door or doorbell at the office or my calls. I emailed and a very kind gentleman called from out of state, I assume customer service of some kind and explained what I needed after maybe 20 minutes. Overall hiccups have been manageable. Seems like they're going through an ownership change whichcould be the reason they happened in the first place
Adding - was contacted because of my review and told they DO have 24 hour access. Changing from 3 to 5 because of it and the rapid responses to email or calls. No one on site isn't a problem now that I know to just call the general number or email the help box. Clean, cheap, and responsive to everything I've asked so far.”
“Public Storage made the whole process really easy. I never had to go into the office because I was able to handle everything 100% online. The app-controlled entrance and exit gates are also super convenient and make accessing the unit simple. My only issues are that the unit next to the hallway my unit is in has screws sticking out, and the light inside our unit does not work. Overall, the online setup and app access are great, but those maintenance issues should be fixed.”

“I must share with everyone the manager, Rhonda, at the Taylor Rd Reynoldsburg self storage has been absolutely amazing! My travel trailer was broken into at another storage location and she had an indoor unit available. After working with the other location, waiting on the police, running to Lowe’s trying to buy material to board up the window, Rhonda did everything in her power to get me reserved and in today. She actually came back to the new location and got me setup way after hours. I told her I would love to do something nice for her since she went over and above. She wouldn’t accept anything but a thank you & a good review. I needed to move my trailer before the burglars came back. They weren’t smart enough to figure out how the stairs disengage for entry. That saved us because it didn’t look like they were able to gain entry to damage and steal anything. I will take inventory tomorrow. Thank you Rhonda for your commitment to get me a safe indoor unit at your location!”
