“Don’t let the initial appearance deter you. There are a lot of junked RVs and cars but I kept my fifth wheel here for over a year(we just sold it) and never had a problem. They are slowly making upgrades to the facility and if we get another RV, they will be my first call to see if they have space!”

“I called this morning and spoke to the manager in Reynoldsburg, in a single mom working part time and going to school full time. I have no help when it comes to finances. And they sent me a message about 6 months about that they were increasing the amount from $240-$290. Well I got another letter today telling me they were going to increase it to $319 that’s more than half of what I make in one check. I called and explained my situation and luckily for me they were able to keep me at the $290. I understand times are hard and money is a priority, but increasing every 6 months is not doable especially when I’m trying to get my life back together. I lost my job right after becoming a single mom. My child has been sick all summer and he’s sick again. I’m doing the best I can to keep the stuff I have so I don’t have to replace it when I move again. Thank you to the manager in Reynoldsburg, I really appreciate you!”

“Another big Pod company canceled on me due to location and equipment that just didn’t make sense, right before I needed them - I was so grateful that while I was traveling, Greg helped me get everything handled on the phone and ready for the very short timeline I had. Could not recommend enough. The man that dropped off the bin was also wonderful, helpful and communicative. Great experience from the full team!”

“When I first rented here, I didn’t realize there are designated access hours for the units and that the rent rate can adjust (that was in the documents, but I overlooked it). Even so, the customer service has been kind and helpful. I give thanks to Tina, at this location. She truly goes above and beyond for renters-professional, kind, and always willing to help. She is the reason I’m leaving a 5-star review!”

“Two reasons I didn't give it 5 stars. You get surprise insurance fees, so the final price is higher than indicated on the website, leaving you feel low-balled. And discounts were available online that weren't available in-person. Otherwise, the move-in went smoothly. The process was simple and easy to follow and when I moved in, keys and a lock were waiting for me. For someone unused to storage spaces, that was a major benefit. Plus, management seem genuinely interested in a positive customer experience.”

I definitely recommend for a safe storage unit.”

“My stars would be 10 if I could! This facility is amazing in so many ways! First, Christina was very kind, helpful, explained everything when we were researching places and she made the entire process a pleasure, start to finish! Angel was also very helpful the day of move-in. The Westerville location checks off all the important boxes when it comes to a storage facilities! Friendly staff, convenient hours, maximum security including 24 hour surveillance, gate control access & fencing all around, extremely clean, climate-controlled, good lighting, inside access which eliminates worries about weather, access to hand carts, elevator access to the units, and even complimentary use of a 15 ft. box truck on your first move-in! They also offer discounts and auto-pay. Thank you most sincerely for making what seemed like a daunting task, a pleasant and easy experience! We highly recommend Cardinal Storage in Westerville for all your storage needs!!”

“Love our local CubeSmart at E Dublin Granville Rd in Worthington where we have 3 units! Both Keith and Meci run the place like a charm. Whenever we’ve needed anything one of them has always been available and more than helpful. This is a well run business and I would highly recommend it. Always clean, safe and well monitored. Unfortunately I hear that Keith will soon be retiring as GM and we will be sorry to see him go. Hopefully Meci can step into his role to continue the quality of service we’ve come to always expect and appreciate. Thank you CubeSmart #3416. Happy customers”
