“Lovely place to shop, the ladies working are so kind and helpful. I struggled with a dress, unsure of the look, but the ladies gave me the confidence! Styling, and everything. Prices are very decent for their selection, very reasonable.”
“Selling here is a breeze. Staff is always friendly even though typically they are very busy, especially on the weekends. The store has a nice, curated collection of clothing so the buyers pay close attention to each item they buy.”
“I do really like this location BUT I did remove 1 star simply because they don't have a public access bathroom. So take that into account if you have any condition that may require access to a bathroom and plan accordingly.”

“Clean store. Extremely reasonably priced. I bought a very nice, extremely good condition fridge for $125. They had checked it already, and it came with a 30 money back guarantee. I always find nice things here!”

“Easy drop off and clearance is high enough for my enclosed trailer!
Some prices could be a little lower, but not bad if you need stuff!
Dropped off a lot of kids toys and housewares hopefully someone will get some use out of!”
“I've been to a lot of thrift stores across the country. This location is now my favorite in the Columbus area. The store is extremely well organized, super clean and all the employees that I interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. 10/10 would shop there again and again!”
“Large selection. Many new items also, some of which seem to be clearance items from Target. It’s not always clear if the prices on clearance items are better than what you would get at the original source.
Lots of jeans. Good amount of glassware. I found some used items to be out of the range I am willing to pay (like $9 for a vinyl music album set).some winter coats had decent prices, while others seemed quite high (like someone on the staff is pricing items by Googling what the “vintage resale” value would be, which seems to not be the true spirit of second hand stores.
With a visit nonetheless, as there are some good bargains to be had. There is a separate small room with some good items in the back, just before the restroom.”
“I love this place. You never know what you're going to find and the prices are awesome. Got a vintage Colman stove today for $3.99. wow!! I spend hours in here every time I come. Stop and check them out. You wont be sorry.
This place is the best way of finding whatever you are looking for and even stuff you never knew you wanted. Check them out. Always fast friendly service”
“I spent an hour here and left with 5 pieces! The store is nicely organized making it easy to sort through. Prices were fair and if you find items on sale, it’s a steal. The employee running the store was sweet and helpful.”

“I had a crazy lady run up and push stuff on me very aggressively and rude wouldn’t let me look at anything smooshed my hand multiple times was just a horrible person to have in the store acted like she owned it gave the store a weird feeling I told the manager I was upset and the lady was removed thank you for keeping the environment Friendly like goodwill always has been it should only be love. I’m disabled also which I should add which is why I was so upset she pushed me out the way my balance and hands don’t work as well. The manager handled it and made me feel a lot better and welcomed. To the manager you rock thank you so much”
“I like the deals but I agree with the other review about the lady with flashy glasses. I think she’s a manager,,, not helpful and differs all work or help to other workers. I won’t even check out w her. I purposely go to other staff. Very superior attitude.”
“Super wonderful employees, very helpful and hard workingSo much goes on behind the scenes we don’t even realize!Fantastic talent in the donations attendant, it gets so busy sometimes and they’re still able to help everyone quickly and make your experience good. Everyone there deserves a raise!! Yeah they can’t get raises there.”

“I've gone to the ReStore on Westerville Rd a couple times to look for random things that I need for my house. Like paint or a new door. You can pretty much find anything you need for your home. Including cleaning supplies. I also saw some automotive stuff but it wasn't much. They have some really great deals! Today I scored an aluminum ladder for $20. The lady at the cash register is super helpful and very nice. I love this place!”

“I've gotten a lot of great stuff from the bins for real cheap. It's an experience. You gotta wear gloves and be able to tolerate a certain level of gross, but spend a few hours there and you will be dressing to the nines!”
“The ultimate thrifting experience! Everything you could ever want from a thrift store from in-demand electronics to top-shelf brand name clothing, they have it all (at insanely cheap prices!). On my last visit, I got a $100+ hoverboard for $24! Go there, you will NOT be disappointed!”
“This was a pretty nice Goodwill. Some things were higher in price than what should have been, but overall a good shopping visit. I did find two pairs of shoes that I've paid substantially more for in the past so that was a big win!”

“When my mom was near by goodwill she would sometimes pop by to get her some things. In 2019 this place was booming. People everywhere. Good and better toys. Bags. The place does not have any custom bags the last time i have been here so you would have to get your own if you wanted lost of things.”
“Stopped in to look around. Clean. Neatly stocked items. Bit pricey, but tags are marked with stamped-on color marks to indicate what % is off. No large signage, but lovely surprise to have 80% discount at check out.”
