“Re: the “no cell phone use”, I love it!! I used to work retail and when the customer was on the phone while trying to pay it was awful!! It’s rude!! And some people talk as if they were home!! Loud and I don’t care to hear your conversation!!!!!”

“Clean store. Extremely reasonably priced. I bought a very nice, extremely good condition fridge for $125. They had checked it already, and it came with a 30 money back guarantee. I always find nice things here!”

“I love this store. I travel 2 hours one way from southern Ohio to shop here 4 times a year. The prices are awesome but have gone up just a little bit since covid, but overall you can shop and save a lot of money here. Lots of good selection of name brand clothing for the whole family. Thanks Volunteer of America. See you soon.”

“I absolutely love this store! Very well organized and they always have a great selection. They have some really great employees there too. I was super excited to see that Tammy was back!! That girl is always in a great mood, always happy to help and usually has a compliment or a joke to brighten my day. She's the best!!”

“This used to be a reliable go to for deals. It’s still good, but it’s harder to get deals when you’re up against the group of people who sit there for hours. They crowd around the new carts as soon as they’re brought out and start grabbing items. You can tell the employees don’t like it and apparently Goodwill leadership doesn’t think it’s worth the trouble to support them.As for shopping, the prices at this Morse Rd store aren’t as crazy as some others, looking at you Gahanna. They sometimes have exercise equipment in decent shape. I’ve gotten some good frames for way cheap. They also get close outs with can be clothing or new sheet sets for example. The IKEA items are always fun to figure out what the hell they’re supposed to be. The fitting rooms are usually locked and good luck getting a key. The parking is in front or in back of the store; but that entranceway is narrow. Carts are few however. The large windows in front of the store make it hard to see the clothes due to the glare; maybe get some blinds? If you’re in the area, it’s usually worth a browse.”

“I go here a few times a month and I am always thrilled to see Ms. Linda on the floor and not the register so we can chat a bit while she work she is always very nice and hold a nice conversation. She asks about my kids and life and remembers things I mentioned last visit. Reminds me to go check the kids sections and see what's new for my littles. Or to get started on birthday or Christmas shopping. AMAZING customer service.”

“This place was really good! I think the men’s section is a little small, but otherwise the service was great and there’s a variety of things to get. Big fan of Thrifting and this thrift store.”

“Wednesday's people 55+ get 25% off ,excluding white tag items. The bad: in the smaller size for a thrift store, no children's grab bags of play jewelry/small toys.”

“Super wonderful employees, very helpful and hard workingSo much goes on behind the scenes we don’t even realize!Fantastic talent in the donations attendant, it gets so busy sometimes and they’re still able to help everyone quickly and make your experience good. Everyone there deserves a raise!! Yeah they can’t get raises there.”

“Most Of The Staff Is Awesome! Store is always clean and organized and Prices are great! The Only Problem is If You Are 10 cent Or A quarter short They Will Not Give You A Break However, I'm Always rounding off My Total to Support And I Can't get Not One Break when it's no price or 10 cent short. Some states will Charge a different price for the same thing..”

“Very interesting Goodwill! You have one side where you can search through blue bins. A lot of resellers come here. They have anything from clothes , cd’s , dvd’s , books , and other essential items. The building is very unique and used to be a Meijer grocery store!”

“When my mom was near by goodwill she would sometimes pop by to get her some things. In 2019 this place was booming. People everywhere. Good and better toys. Bags. The place does not have any custom bags the last time i have been here so you would have to get your own if you wanted lost of things.”

“We had a good experience shopping in the store. We found a shirt and a ball cap for our grandson. Like most thrift stores you have to search for the bargains. The employees were very friendly.”
