“Cylinder 3 decided to misfire on my way to work this morning. I couldn't get on the highway & I was too far from home, but I could get to Carquest. I stopped in to see if they had a coil pack & a 10mm socket I could borrow. (Can you tell I've done this before?!) They didn't have a coil pack in stock, but their parts driver was headed to the warehouse & would be back within the hour. I waited. I replaced the coil pack, but that didn't resolve the problem. I needed a spark plug. Carquest had one, but I had never replaced one so big thanks goes to the gentlemen in Richfield Auto Center next door. With these two stores side-by-side, getting the issue resolved was as convenient as it gets. And everyone was super nice & helpful. Highly recommend you all do business here!”

He is the type of manager that should be teaching other management teams how to manage. They treated my car like it was their own, and when they were done, it looked like nothing had ever happened. The finish was flawless, like it had just rolled out of the factory. Most body shops will fix the damage, but you can usually spot the paint runs or sand marks they leave behind. Not here, just clean, ultra-professional work.”
