“We are from out of town and bought a car sight unseen they got it inspected and repaired in a little longer time then it took us to find and eat lunch so we didn't have to haul it back on a car hauler they were affordable and fast and they got ac so give them a try if your ever in their part of Cleveland Oh and we are from Muncie it's about five hours drive and they got us right when we needed it they also gave us a car fax and a print of issues commonly found with the car the lady at the counter Pam was very informative and professional with the help she provided us”

There were quite a few people ahead of me, so to get my car started they sent it to the North Royalton location. Both locations were awesome, but North Royalton gave top-tier service. Courtney communicated updates with me daily, showed she really cared, and did everything she could to get my car back to me as quickly as possible. They truly did an amazing job! My car looks great!!”

“When you're on a budget and you need parts for your car, this is the place to be. My bf and I went for the first time, and I had a blast finding all the parts I needed. You can either get the location of the car in-store, or on their website, so finding the cars I needed was super easy. The staff running the shop were super sweet, and I payed a fraction of the cost of new parts for the stuff I needed. They have some on-site porta-potties, and a big ol sink at the shop to wash up with as well. 10/10 experience, I can't wait to come back!!
Here's some tips for going in. Bringing two people in definitely helps. Bring water. Watch a YouTube tutorial to make a list of tools you need to pack. Bring a little cart, or snag a wheel barrel they provide. And lastly watch for wasps nested inside mirrors and other nice dry places.”

Though Rick and John run a run a tight operation, customers come to appreciate the special consideration and support they are accorded. Although they repaired my Mazda CX9 hail-damage just fine, Rick was instrumental in addressing some additional regarding rear view mirror correction and moon roof channel clearing as part of my overall hail damage repair job. By principle, he included some issues without additional charge which spoke volumes about integrity and reputation at Village.
More recently, my dealer told me to bring my car in to have an interior handle repaired. Instead, my first reflex was to check first with Village Auto Body to see what their rates were. Rick took care of my issue with better results, validating my decision. I wish I could go higher than 5 stars.”
