“I was in need of a tire repair for my wife's car. I called and spoke to Garrett. He was able to get me right in and have the correct style patch/plug type repair done to the tire. They also rebalanced it when done. The local shop that I would normally use could not get to it right away, so I looked around and found Flynn's. I will definitely be back for future tire needs. George was great about explaining issues, didn't try to upsell me on anything, and went above and beyond to not only ensure that my car was safe to drive, but also that my expectations were met and so was the value of my dollar. Watching him interact with other customers and his techs solidified for me that this was a shop I could feel comfortable bringing my car to. As a woman, that's a really big deal. IYKYK. “Fast and reliable service with a good crew. Update: Had an issue where the tail light was draining the battery but I didn't know it. I wanted to replace the alternator thinking that was the problem but the NTB manager wisely diagnosed the issue before jumping ahead and saved me $1k in repairs. He fixed the little battery drain issue for free and sent me on my way. I will definitely come back here for all car repairs that I can! Thank you”

my only complaint is; I brought a car in at a scheduled time but was told that my car would sit until next available mechanic so scheduling is a bit vague, don't expect to get your car in, done and out in an hour, expect to drop it off and have to go pick it up.
Not a major complaint though, good service, good staff.
Wheels were torqued to spec mostly, one lug nut was a bit under torqued”

Triple A said I need and alternator when the power shut off to my truck, I had it towed to Wheatley Automotive who checked it out and seen that something was not connected to my battery! Not only did they save me money, they also provided an oil change and observed I needed 2 front tires, which I told them to please do that work, also saving me money! “I lost my job in Florida due to a hurricane lost my sister nov13th. I moved to Arkansas drove to ohio to see my brother which lost his fight to cancer. My car broke down and no garage would help they were booked. I called updated automotive repair and Bill the owner was booked and still helped my family and I and got us on the road. If not for bill I would have lost my job and potentially homeless. Bill the owner was such a blessing and fantastic. “Barbara Tucker was most helpful in assessing my car’s alignment. She also tried to get another Goodyear credit card for me as mine was closed because of inactivity. Unfortunately, even upon using a new access code, she was not able to do that. She sent me home with an 800 number to call. That was ok.
The rep did not speak English very well and told me to go to the store as he could not help me. I also tried applying over the website but was not successful.
So, I will continue to use my Mastercard from my local bank. Kudos to Barbara for a valiant effort.”

“I ran over a nail yesterday evening causing a steady air leak. I dropped off the vehicle at Tire Choice Auto Service in Cuyahoga Falls overnight as it is close to my home. I showed up in the morning to explain what happened. The young men there were very helpful and told me they'd take care of the leak right away. They called a couple hours later and said the car was ready to go. They did not charge me anything which is rare these days and the tire is fixed. Thank you to everyone at Tire Choice! Highly recommend!”
