“My son bought their VIP package and took his car there and had to have his vehicle serviced. His last one was in February of this year. We heard a humming noise coming from the front. We took the car to Rad Air in Seven Hills. They advised me the car had not been aligned. I had called North Royalton Automotive and spoke with the owner. He was very understanding about what had happened and did what was right. He replaced the tires and paid for an alignment on his car. There are very few people that stand by their business. Gary Stinnet is good and honest business owner. I would recommend them and if you have issues he will take care of you. As a Veteran and proud Christian this is a true blessing and I thank him.”

“I lost my job in Florida due to a hurricane lost my sister nov13th. I moved to Arkansas drove to ohio to see my brother which lost his fight to cancer. My car broke down and no garage would help they were booked. I called updated automotive repair and Bill the owner was booked and still helped my family and I and got us on the road. If not for bill I would have lost my job and potentially homeless. Bill the owner was such a blessing and fantastic.
