“Highly recommend Fairfield Truck & Auto Service! They hauled our diesel from Chillicothe and had the work done in a little over a week due to having to wait on a part! They dropped the transmission on the first business day of having the truck and fixed the issue and then proceeded to fix the other problems it was having from sitting at another shop for over a year! “They did brakes and break rotors on my jaguar. Everything was good. And what's smooth, accept for the fact that when I got my car back, one of the center caps was missing on the passenger rear tire.! I wouldn't mind if the center caps didn't cost so much.... but the price was good, and they did to work quickly.”
“Decided to try them instead of going to Valvoline across town. They changed my oil on the spot, checked all the fluids, filters, and put air in my tires that had been low since it got cold. Great kids. They even said if I got wipers they’d change them for me or put air in my tires anytime no charge. I’ll definitely be taking my car to them from now on. For anything I can. “Update the good people here must of heard myself and other people speak the AIR is back to being free again .although they still have the paid AIR STAITION .Which i dont think they have a whole lot it controlling it..it was very nice to see they they heard the people of lancaster ....so I hope everyone will stop in and show them a lil bit love..I made sure I got my air in my tires for free and went in and paid for gas and got a few snacks to show them love aswell thank u SUNOCO on main....”

“B & J Auto Services came to my rescue, after my car was going into "Limp" mode, not shifting out of 1st gear, going to 2 transmission shops over the course of 3 months, sitting in a transmission shop over a month, they gave me a referral to B & J's, John got me in at the beginning of the following wk, and had my car done by Monday afternoon! Very polite, friendly, got my car in when they said and was quick to resolve my issue, had me back on the road the same day they looked at it!! I was happy with the price as well. “Had a flat tire, and one with a slow leak. I was told 1 tire needed replaced, so I told them if they thought it was necessary to replace both tires. Went to pick it up, they had only replaced 1. They said there wasn't enough difference in the tread to need to replace both. That is what I call honesty.”
