“Straight up great service. I was 3 1/2 hours from home on a weekend camping trip with a blown seal on my super duty . Called about 5pm on Friday, they had it done by 2pm Saturday, for a fair price and made it through the hills of Hocking county and Kentucky, back home. Ran like a dream.I was in a bad way, and a1 really saved me. Awesome service! !!”

“They did a good job at cleaning my wife's 9 yr old car. My only complaint is that they were heavy handed with the plastic coatings. The floor mat on the drivers side had so much that there was literally no traction to the point I struggled to get out of the car. so I had to take it out and put some degreaser on it and scrub some off. Other than that they did a pretty good job. There was one spot directly in front of the driver that had some dirt but I got it quickly with a paper towel. They did a good job on the headlight restoration and the free engine cleaning, again there are some spots that had the plastic coating noticably slimy. Over all I'll probably go back to them but definitely get a better look of my car outside where there is better lighting before I drive off.”
“They did brakes and break rotors on my jaguar. Everything was good. And what's smooth, accept for the fact that when I got my car back, one of the center caps was missing on the passenger rear tire.! I wouldn't mind if the center caps didn't cost so much.... but the price was good, and they did to work quickly.”

“B & J Auto Services came to my rescue, after my car was going into "Limp" mode, not shifting out of 1st gear, going to 2 transmission shops over the course of 3 months, sitting in a transmission shop over a month, they gave me a referral to B & J's, John got me in at the beginning of the following wk, and had my car done by Monday afternoon! Very polite, friendly, got my car in when they said and was quick to resolve my issue, had me back on the road the same day they looked at it!! I was happy with the price as well. “I went to the wrong tire store at first and I waited almost 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me there. Once I realized, I called Tire Discounters and they were so friendly and understanding, and let me still keep my appointment even though I was going to be late. Once I made it there, I was helped right away, the guy was so nice and helpful. He was very personable and he acted like he cared. I will not get tires anywhere else! They were affordable too!”

“Ryan and Neil were superb . Walked in and got a service appointment book right away with less than a weeks wait . The service tech went above and beyond and even did a recall and filled my low tire . The service expensive blew my mind and was much less than I thought ,as I found out in the paperwork some of it was a simple fix . No hidden fees , the lobby has good movies on with free available water and snacks . This is my first service visit at a dealership and I'm absolutely pleased . Will be returning for my maintenance needs in the future at bob boyd CDJR . If you're looking for a welcoming sales rep ask for Sydney sain! All in all 6/5 service.”

“Took my 2018 Hyundai Tucson with 70k miles in for transmission issues. Called me back 20 minutes later and said that my car should be under warranty with Hyundai and to take the car to the dealership. Didnt charge me a dime, and basically saved me a couple thousand dollars.
Took car to Hyundai dealership who offered to replace the transmission for $3513.99, ABC Drive quoted $9000+ off the top of his head.”
“Amazing mechanics to work with! Makes you feel like family. I personally have communication barriers due to my neurodivergence and he always follows up to make sure I understand if a problem has occurred regarding a misunderstanding and makes sure to fix the error.
Repairs are great. No unnecessary charges. Works with you to only do what is needed to get you driving again until you can come back to fix the rest.
So grateful for this family of mechanics for all the work they do. If not for them I'd have to have scrapped my truck by now.

“While driving, my girlfriend and I got a flat tire off of 33. We had some fix-a-flat and made our way to tire choice, as it was one of the closest shops that popped up on maps. We walked in 5 minutes to close on a Saturday, which we know is brutal, but the staff was wonderful. They helped us out fast, and got us back on the road in no time.

“This alittle late but , done Intentionally. To give a proper review. In late September of 2024, Ragland Diagnostics was suggested to me by a mechanic . That let me know the issue was not in his skill set , due to lack of not having the equipment. After setting up a time,with Ragland Diagnostics. To drop of my vehicle it was explained , that due to him being the only Diagnostic tech and mechanic . It was a first come first serve basis, understandable. After a few days I get a call , he had told me the issue was the ECU in the vehicle and it needed replace . He had given me some leads due to most was on ebay and he didn't due business that way (respect that) .So I started the help in the search. And found out the ECU for my make and mold of vehicle was discontinued. Anyway fast forward. Found 1 he programed it installed, and fixed other issues that came up as he did his task.then it was done ,I got the call pa I d and picked it up. And that was in October ,now mid December I can say excellent job no issues. With it other than daily wear and other needed maintenance issues. Which after the holidays. I plan on get to work on, so I would recommend this mechanic. To anyone for the same type if electric issues. Not sure if he does more services he does possibly more.”
