“We stopped by the Verizon store after checking out T-Mobile and AT&T, and Brandon made all the difference. He helped us buy a phone for our son and set up his first line. He explained everything clearly, was incredibly kind, and even stayed after hours to make sure everything was taken care of. Truly professional and thoughtful. Thank you, Brandon!”

“10/10 experience all around! My go to phone repair and accessory store. The owner and staff are amazing! I will not go anywhere else besides here! I come here at least a few times a month to get new screen protectors and cases because they are the most reasonably priced out of any phone store I’ve been to! At&T tried charging me 60+ for a case I found for $15 over here! I won’t go anywhere else!”

“Gear Box was amazing. We had a faulty hdmi port on our ps5 and I called them, took it in, and had my playstation back and working perfectly all in the same day. Very friendly, extremely fair pricing (shopped around and they were unmatched), and they go the extra mile on their work even cleaning the interior while they had it open. Will definitely be using them for any future tech issues.”

“I took my phone in on 6-22-26 to have it looked at for a text messaging issue I was having for about a week. I couldn't send or receive any pictures via text. I use my phone for work alot which requires pictures to be taken and sent and received from me to customers and vice versa. So a week without the ability to text pics and videos was not good. So I call Frank at this location, explained my issue and he told me to bring it in and he'll take care of me. And indeed he did. Frank went through the phone and checked all settings and tested the functions to attempt to remedy the issue. Eventually, he called tech support and they both worked for over an hour testing and checking settings ,functions and features until they got it working. After a network reset and a factory reset to the phone,I'm back in business. So I want to thank both Frank and Total wireless's tech support for fixing my issue. I would definitely recommend Total Wireless. They have great phone plans and greater customer service.”

“Bill did a great job, another local shop couldn’t/wouldn’t make the effort after charging me $160, don’t go there, you’ll go “broke.” I could tell from speaking with Bill, he’s got the knowledge and experience. Don’t waste your time anywhere else, just go to Procom.”

“Fri., 6/12/26, dropped my old phone, charging port was damaged to where I couldn't charge it again. Had recently received Boost text with offer of a $49.99 Google Pixel 10, with $60/mon plan, which I was already basically on, having added recurring $10 extra data on top of my $50/mon plan for previous 2 months. Saturday morning called 3 boost stores after their 10am opening . One nearest me on Lorain, near 130th, hung up immediately twice. One on Puritas answered, explained he couldn't help me with the current phone discount offer because he was out of stock til next week. Then I called this 10611 Lorain location further east from me, and RAFI answered, said he had one such phone in stock. I don't drive, so took Lyft there by around 11:30am. I CANNOT express enough praise and gratitude for Rafi's knowledgeable, helpful service. I may be old, but am still technology ilit. RAFI assisted at least 4 other customers while remaining available to me setting up my new phone in between. Congratulations to Boost Mobile on finding such an excellent employee. I'll head back there next time something needs tending to. Thank You, RAFI, Sir!”

“The lady at this store is AMAZING! 5 years ago I hated to enter this store, the gentlemen that ran this establishement weren't very nice to the female gender; very condescending. She helped my daughter with her phone (messaging/data) so quickly. She even showed her how she fixed it if it ever happens again. I would recommend this store to everyone i know now. She ALSO helped me lower my bill. My family has been with boost for about a decade and I would refuse to go into this store. I did EVERYTHING online. Now, I'll go into this establishment and ditch the overseas phone game.. if we ever need to, that is.. EVERY TIME! They are so helpful now!!”

“It's a nice store with great customer service.the plans are affordable however the company charges 5 dollor fee to pay in person with cash. Online via debit which I don't want to do dosent charge that fee. If you want more possible business you need people in your stores. You should not penalize us for paying cash in person . Your making enough money on your phone sales and monthly billing. You are also tied in with Tmobile. So your pricing should be good across the board on everything not greedy.”

“This is my 2nd visit to this store and the staff is so understanding and courteous! If anyone needs help forget calling customer service! I never get help! Just frustrated! Everyone at this store has explained everything that customer service just rambles so fast and gets upset when you ask to repeat because they are speaking so fast, you can't understand! I cannot express how impressed & happy I left this store”
