I'm officially a mini donut business owner and I own a food trailer to go to events, parties and businesses to make hot, fresh mini donuts and mini donut sundaes. “I want to recognize Bryan and Jenna at the FedEx Office in Rocky River for providing exceptional customer service.
I was preparing to travel out of state for a very important business trip and rushed into the store shortly before closing with several much-needed items to print. Bryan and Jenna were incredibly patient, helpful, and worked together as a team. They made sure I received everything I needed, even though I know my timing was less than ideal.
Their kindness and professionalism made an already stressful situation much easier. It is refreshing to know that there are still people who take genuine pride in providing excellent customer service.
