“I traveled over an hour to have DAP diagnose and repair an issue I was having with my VW Tiguan. This was my first visit and I was extremely impressed with their communication, professionalism, and service. I will be bringing back all of my VWs to them for service in the future. Highly recommended.”

“You have good service and then you have a staff that truly goes over and beyond to leave you speechless and stunned. I’ve been doing business with this location for the last 4-5 years and I have to give credit where credit is due. Brett, Autumn, and Tyler are nothing short of exemplary. They always offer any assistance they can when I have an issue or have an emergency. Their lead mechanic, Steve, has also been of great assistance a time or two. I wouldn’t be able to successful as a company without their support. If you’re looking for a great small business to support while getting tires or your vehicle fixed, this is your place.”

“A bolt punctured our tire as we were driving through Ohio. We needed a quick repair and made a few calls a little after 5pm, most places were closed, or didn't have the right size in stock. We called Action Tire, and the mechanic was still there. Our job was quick, and he stayed to help us out. I am grateful and happy with the service!”

“We had the BEST experience with Todd Bollman and the Sarchione Chevy team today when purchasing our new Traverse! I will be the first to admit I hate dealing with sales people and I was dreading this before we even pulled in. However, Todd was awesome, super personable, and knowledgeable. There was zero pressure and zero BS, everything was straightforward and it couldn’t have been a smoother experience! I will send everyone your way in the future!”

“I wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars. Took my car in for an oil change and will be bringing it back to them for any issues I have in the future! I feel like honest mechanics are hard to find these days and these guys were awesome!”

“Highly recommend Garro Tire. Most honest shop in town. Took my car to get front brakes. Instead of ripping me off and doing it anyway, they informed me that I had plenty of brake life left. Any other shop would have done the brakes and charged me. Another time I took my car in thinking I had wiring issues with my lights and they said it was just some bad bulbs. It's hard to find honesty in this world anymore, and their prices are reasonable.”

“My 19 yr old son’s old truck broke down and he was 2-1/2 hrs from home. I called this place in desperation and they jumped into action and went to where his truck was, helped him get it to their shop and changed out the alternator to get him back up and running!! They went above and beyond and were outstanding!! Thank you so much for helping him out of a jam! We could not be more grateful!!”

“I traveled up to Ohio from Tennessee to see family and my actuator went out behind my dash. My father in-law suggested Charlie’s Garage. I pulled in on a Monday morning and told me drop it off on Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon, parts were ordered and will be ready Wednesday morning, and it was. No hassle, no back and forth. I wasn’t charged an absurd amount either. They knew what would be the issue as soon as I told them about it. Super friendly and professional!!! If you are from the Mogadore/Suffield area, I definitely recommend giving them a call for your automotive repairs. Huge Thank you to Mr. Terry and staff!!”

“I had just left work and my check engine light came on. Found that Coffman's was open. Got there and I pulled in back. Mike had actually just left and saw that I pulled in. He turned around and asked me if I needed help. I told him I didn't feel comfortable driving and if I could leave it. He said he was coming back in the morning so he could look at it. I didn't have a ride that was close so he drove me home. Next morning I texted him to check on my car and he said it was next. He laid out what I needed and how much. Perfect! Got to get my car 24 hours after I dropped it off. I was just so happy to find a place that could take me, but especially that it was a Saturday when I dropped it off and he worked on it on a Sunday. It was also a holiday weekend. Great job! Will be going back especially that he told me that I need brakes. Completely recommend.”
