“The people at this bank have always went out of their way to help me whenever they could, way more so than most banks i've been at. This seems like another review where i can honestly say that they must have a good team in there and that the hire in manger sure knows how to choose winners. I have been coming here for many years and its always been a pleasant and professional experience. Not too mention the lay out inside this tiny little building just seems so cozy. I just want to sit and relax everytime I see it. Other than those things, the parking lot is a decent size and they have two ATMs outside.. Just in case one isn't working. There's another one. Ohhhhh thank you guys so much for having two. Not many banks do, and they should. ATMS can go down sometimes literally anywhere. Even at gas stations for example and no one help it.. but having two has literally saved us before when say the drive thru one wasn't working and I had to pay something last minute. Please consider doing something like this at more branches. It might show a good example for other banks too. Having two meant i stayed with you. I didn't have to go anywhere else... See. You hooked me. It worked already. lol”

“Really neat semi historic location. The lobby is massive and they have multiple tellers and bankers available during open hours. Staff is very warm, welcoming and accommodating when tasked. Parking is plentiful. There is parking lots in the back, you can park on the side street or on the Main St. in the front. Not too mention the walk up ATM in the front of the building is in a area with two doors on either side and the outside door requires your card to even open to get inside at night, for a safer feeling when doing ATM transactions at that time if you need to.”

“I went in there today with my son to cash in some bonds and Joel helped us and he was super friendly and helpful! He explained the process would take about 15 minutes so we had a seat and when we were waiting a nice man and lady during this time asked if we needed any water or anything while we waited. “From my visit on April 26th 2023: This location no longer has tellers on site. There is a "super" ATM in the lobby that can connect to a remote teller and that has extended hours. When I was there they had workers standing by to help use the machine. There is a regular ATM in the drive-thru. They still have offices for other banking services like loans.”

“My wife recently passed away and she managed all of our bills. I went in to the Rootstown branch and met with Billie Jo Mace and Vickie Burkey. Billie spent several hours guiding and advising me so that my assets would be secure in what is an extremely challenging time. She didn’t have to be as helpful and caring as she was, and her assistance surpassed any expectations of what I had coming into the bank. I can’t thank her enough for her time, wisdom and willingness to help. She followed up several days later with a phone call to check in on how I was doing, both in regards to making decisions and the grieving process. After the initial meeting, once I obtained the death certificates, I came in a second time and met with Vickie, who was just as kind, supportive and caring. She spent close to two hours assisting me as well and was able to put me in contact with Samuel Plastow, who’s going to guide me in determining where to place my various assets. During my most difficult circumstances, Billie and crew were there for me. Thank you.”
