“This is the main bank that is located directly on the corner of Main and Meridian. It has a detached drive thru less than a 10th of a mile down on Meridian. I have always had fast friendly service from this branch. Parking is a bitch though. Either a few spaces up front or the rest are in back like a jigsaw puzzle!”

“Recently my checking account was compromised. I was horrified, and dealing with the 1-800 numbers and online bots was simply a nightmare. I went to my local Chase branch and was helped by Ishmael Ballard. He immediately closed my checking and opened me a new one, got ahold of the fraudulent department rather quickly and handled everything with ease. I even got my money back moments later following the fraudulent claim. He was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. “From my visit on April 26th 2023: This location no longer has tellers on site. There is a "super" ATM in the lobby that can connect to a remote teller and that has extended hours. When I was there they had workers standing by to help use the machine. There is a regular ATM in the drive-thru. They still have offices for other banking services like loans.”
