“What a great store. Every time I walk by an employee they ask me if they can help me with anything. Occasionally, I say yes and they actually walk me to the item I am looking for. One employee actually walked me from one side of the store all the way over to the other side to show me the item I was looking for. I was stumbling around in the hardware aisle trying to find a certain size screw for a project and this young lady who is an employee asked me if I needed help. She really knew her stuff. She took me right over to the correct drawer and showed me exactly what I needed. I would have been in that aisle for an hour and a half trying to figure that out What great service!”

“The store, the owner and workers and the customer service was amazing. I was greeted right away and was shown vacuums that were in line with the specifics I wanted. They also registered the warranty for me, which was nice and carried the vacuum out to my car! That's my 5 stars. My 4 stars is the actual vacuum. I've used it for 2 solid weeks now and already had to change the bag. The owner said I'dhave to change it maybe every 2 - 3 months. I also think it lacks suction big time, and it's annoying it doesn't vacuum up bigger crumbs or debris. It just pushes them around so I'm constantly using the hose. I looked at my receipt to see about maybe returning it, but you only have 14 days it said. So, I guess I'm stuck with it. I wonder if I'm having issues because I bought the floor model. Who knows.”

“I had my first experience at this store and it was honestly the most amazing experience Tony was beyond helpful he took all the time I needed answered all my questions was extremely helpful and patient with me while I was trying to make my decisions and helped thru the entire process and even loaded the furniture in my vehicle for me! I would highly recommend this place and if you do ask for Tony he is the best and will go above and beyond to make it the best experience and I will definitely be back to purchase more stuff”

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Kelly, whose friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. Kelly attentively examined my vacuum and clearly explained the missteps I had taken that led to the issue – it was an educational moment for me.To my delight, I received a prompt callback from Kelly within just a couple of days, informing me that the team had meticulously disassembled and repaired my Miele, restoring it to its original high performance. When I arrived to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it not only functioned as if it were brand new but also looked immaculate. The team had gone the extra mile to thoroughly clean the vacuum, leaving no trace of dust or dirt.The exceptional service and genuine kindness I experienced at Maumee Sweeper Center were truly remarkable. “Great customer service for an international piping supplier. Most international suppliers don't seem to want to deal with customer service. They just want that big money, coming from larger business, that are going to make bigger purchases, for larger jobs. Buy they forget that those big business where at one point a small business as well. “This home depot made it possible for me to successfully sand the floors in my OWE Queen Anne. Rental of the sander - dirt cheap. Explanation on how to use the particular sander was exceptional. Using measurements that I brought into the re tal store with me, he Mgr and helper made sure that I bought just the right amount of paper, too, and in the necessary, varying grain sizes. They also assisted me in finding the best brands of all necessary floor cleaning and post sanding prep items. Highly recommend. Equipment guaranteed and in great shape, also.”

“Very nice customer service the lady who helped us out gave great experience. I traded in two old ipads and one was still registered to an icloud account don't have access anymore. Patient and helpful to get that sorted out. We bought a klipsch stereo. Sound is beautiful. “Best Buy stores are always a favorite of mine however this location seems to give service a step above others I've shopped at. My son was visiting so this is always a must stop. The employees seemed helpful and more knowledgeable than I expected and willing to find more information when asked. That was very much appreciated. The set up inside the store has changed a little since the last time I did in store shopping there. They offer such a great online presence I don't get in as much as normal but the line went quickly and everyone seemed happy to be there, customers and employees included. Naturally I spend "too much" money there but it's always worth it.”

“Wow, greeted upon arrival. We went in looking for a small kids picnic table as we saw online for a holiday gift. After looking around we couldn't locate it. Ask a few ppl turns out they were up in the rafters and needed to get it down for us. They couldn't have been more happy to do it for us. Even the Manager took us up to the checkout to make sure we were taken care. I got better service here then I have at some restaurants in Chicago! Thank you Home Depot staff when we're back in town we will make sure to stop here for our needs!”
