I was a customer on Sunday, March 23rd. My microwave had gone out, and my fiancée’s dad recommended I check out your store—and specifically to ask for Matt Check. Unfortunately, Matt wasn’t working that day, which I understood since it was a Sunday.
One of his associates (I didn’t catch his name) helped me instead, and I was really impressed. He gave me a discount on all three Frigidaire appliances I purchased: a microwave, stove, and dishwasher. He was confident, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience smooth and easy. I felt great about my purchases.
There was a small issue with the microwave not being delivered with the rest of the appliances, but when I called him, he took care of it immediately—no questions asked. He even helped my fiancée load it into her car. He went above and beyond.
If you can figure out who this employee was, please recognize him. He truly deserves a raise or even just a well-earned day off.

“I needed a new Over The Range Microwave. I was met by Brenna. She was personable, and asked questions about my need, and no pressure. I told her I needed installation. While the price of installation was higher than the big boxes, it included disposal of the old unit. With that added in, it was less expensive than the big boxes. I was contacted by the installation team just as I got home, and was scheduled for installation the next morning. It was a great appliance experience, and why I shop here.”
“Great customer service for an international piping supplier. Most international suppliers don't seem to want to deal with customer service. They just want that big money, coming from larger business, that are going to make bigger purchases, for larger jobs. Buy they forget that those big business where at one point a small business as well. “Wow, greeted upon arrival. We went in looking for a small kids picnic table as we saw online for a holiday gift. After looking around we couldn't locate it. Ask a few ppl turns out they were up in the rafters and needed to get it down for us. They couldn't have been more happy to do it for us. Even the Manager took us up to the checkout to make sure we were taken care. I got better service here then I have at some restaurants in Chicago! Thank you Home Depot staff when we're back in town we will make sure to stop here for our needs!”

That's one area where my wife and I aren't too knowledgeable, and Al really took the time to help us understand what we need for a couple of different projects we have going on. “I bought a phone from Verizon through Best Buy six months ago. For some reason, our promotion did not come through and Austin Gandhi has been helping us every step Of the way. He went above and beyond to make sure that my purchase was satisfied. Austin is a Verizon representative that works for Best Buy at Spring Meadows. He went out of his way to contact corporate to ensure that they were aware that we didn’t receive our promotion. He’s been fighting this fight for us for six months. This guy deserves a 10 star review if I could leave one. I highly recommend anyone who goes to Best Buy to purchase a Verizon phone. Make sure they go through Austin Gandhi. He is by far the best.”

“I stopped in today and bought two TVs, and Lucian helped me. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the process. I purchased open-box specials and, when I got home, I noticed that one of the remotes was missing.
I went back to the store, where the manager, Ben, assisted me. Ben helped track down the remote that must have been misplaced at some point. He went above and beyond what he had to do in order to find it and make sure everything was taken care of.
Both staff members were very helpful and made my buying experience an enjoyable one. I truly appreciate the assistance from both of them.”
