“We occasionally have things we can donate and have, a few of times, found chairs, tables, cabinets, and doors that were ideal for projects. A great place to check out once in a while and certainly a great place to make donations of useful things as opposed to wastefully trashing them.”
“Bought blocks today for a flower bed retaining wall. Two employees had to move pallets around with a Hilo to get the blocks down I needed. They proceeded to take the cart from the garden center to the front register. They waited til I paid and wheeled them to the other end if the store under the roof at the lumber department as it was pouring rain. They then loaded my truck for me. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure I got my blocks loaded. I believe their names are Guy and David. I always get great customer service at the Perrysburg Lowe's but today was special. Employees like these make shopping better.”

Lisa understands measurements, construction, layouts and is very particular and precise. She also has a great eye and had fantastic ideas on design and product choices. “I always get excellent service in that location, but yesterday Big Al in paints was especially helpful. That's one area where my wife and I aren't too knowledgeable, and Al really took the time to help us understand what we need for a couple of different projects we have going on. I’ve been coming through this location for years during different seasons of life, and somehow Menards always seemed connected to projects, helping family, fixing things, and trying to make a home a little better than it was before.
Over time I’ve learned something: no store wins every category, and I still compare prices, but Menards has quietly become one of my regular stops. I’d guess 80–90% of my home improvement purchases eventually land here.
Pro tip: learn the 11% rebate strategy. Save rebate cards in a folder and stack them over time. One of my favorite homeowner moves is using rebate money toward another rebate promotion. Rebates earned with rebates still feels like a cheat code.

“Always friendly, decent to great products, prices are usually less, especially on sale or with rebates! Easy access and regular hours, too. Service team has always taken care of me!”

I'm leaving the below in because there was a level of frustration on how this happened and hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. This is a mobile app or online order issue. YOU MUST SELECT DELIVERY FOR EVERY ITEM INDIVIDUALLY. I did not know this. I cancelled my order and then did a redo and my delivery is scheduled for ALL items.
Original issue:
Not sure what happened. Placed order using mobile app for delivery. However, got text saying ready for pickup. App shows ready for pickup for all items but one item for delivery. Called store and told that's odd and she did say everything would be delivered but then another text saying ready for pickup. I cancelled everything. I'm at work and could not go in. I'll go in tomorrow and discuss with management what happened and maybe get back on track. 3 star is just a marker for now because I prefer Lowe's and this order failed miserablely. I paid for deli of all items so not sure what happened.”
