Wed. 08/28, I had lost a serpentine belt in Salem,Ohio 4hours from home. Kenny from your Salem store found the belt I needed and in over 90 degree heat worked diligently to replace the belt and get me back on the road.Kudos to O'reillys and Kenny for the great service

O'Reilly's employees are always helpful and if they don't have a part in stock it is usually available in a few hours. Sometimes things take a few days but that depends on the vehicle. (As much as I love my Mitsubishi, it's not a popular car therefore parts are usually not in stock ANYWHERE)
