If you're selling a house and the buyers are using Civista. Avoid it. NO COMMINUCATION! Single handedly the worst real estate deal I've ever experienced. This is coming from an ex-realtor. They dont know the difference between pre qualified or pre approved.

Only bank I have ever went to that you need an appointment to make an account, well I took my money to another bank that set me right up. Don’t waste your time trying to go here if new customer, fifth third right down the road :)
