“It's really convenient to be able to make monthly payments on things many can't pay cash for. Plus while you're still making payments it's basically “insured” against defects. If the appliance breaks down, they'll take it away and bring a working unit (or get it repaired). So it's good for people who need a sense of reliability and security. Plus you feel really proud once something is almost paid off and you then when you own it outright.”

“Went in to transfer off a current Verizon plan by opening a new one and also closing a spectrum account. There was a lot that needed to be done. Randal was THE best to work with. He was patient, was super helpful in navigating through the process, one which would have stressed me out. When we left we had issues connecting a new phone on our own. When we went back in he helped walk us through it. Spent well over an hour with us and wouldn’t work with anyone else when we go back! Thanks for being awesome at customer service, Randal.”
