“I went to the Sandusky OH store last night as my 88 yr old needed a new TV. Having to go all the way to the back of the store wished I had his wheelchair. Did have to go find someone to help but it was near closing time. I did not catch the employees name but we were taken care of quickly and had a great buy and experience. “I went into the store today to activate my new phone and the environment and customer service was absolutely amazing. I ordered my phone online and had difficulty setting my new phone up myself, so I took it to the store for help. Given was the employee taking care of me, greeting me as soon as I walked in the door, willing to help the entire time. He made me feel so welcome and helped me every step of the way. He even put on my new screen protector (flawlessly) which is hard to do, and something I'm sure he didn't "have" to do. I've been a T-Mobile customer for years now, and this is one of the reasons why! I hope Given sees this, along with his managers. Thanks again!”

“My husband and I came to this Verizon after the one in our town gave us horrible customer service and cussed out my husband on the phone. This Sandusky store was a HUGE help. Logan and Ed were beyond helpful and patient with us listening to our story and even gave us a discount on our next bill because the other Verizon store messed up. Thank you Logan and Ed! I recommend asking for one of these two when you come to this store. 10/10.”

“As for convenience stores go it's pretty standard, trash in the parking lot and a little grimy. Sometimes it's difficult to enter or exit the parking lot due to traffic. The staff seems nice and have great patience with customers. I wouldn't want their job. 😞”

“This is a nice Cricket store. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I came here to pick up a new phone to replace my broken one. The man assisting me was very nice and explained everything well. This store also has chargers, speakers, headphones, and aux cables for sale. Cricket also has a promotion going on where you can get a free HBO Max subscription with ads if you get a certain cell phone plan, which I thought was pretty cool. There are also demo phones of what Cricket sales that you can play around on. There are also employees here that speak Spanish. I gave this Cricket store five stars because I received excellent service here.”
