“Very pleasant and helpful staff. Scotty staff associate listened to what type/style and color of furniture I was interested in and did not pressure sale anything.
Rich advised Scotty to check to make sure the clearance sofa I selected was operating properly, and when it wasn't, Scotty made the necessary adjustment and fixed it instead of letting it go out the door as is.
