“Jodi at this store was completely honest and very helpful, she helped us figure out what we were looking for and gave us a very helpful description of what exactly it did.”
“Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have always had everything we've needed in stock. Not just for parts but they also stock trusted tool brands such as Knipex and Wera. Gray's TV & Appliance will continue to use this local appliance parts store for all of our repair needs.”
“I'm thankful to utilize such a treasure! I don't need to walk a mile just to grab some drywall anchor screws! Then have to ring myself out at the cash register! This Shop is exactly what our area needs to preserve!”
“Very good people I was in town to work on a tug boat and I needed some fittings I found them on Google and went there and they had what I needed not only that they have a lot of tools and supplies .”
“From John in appliances to Chad in flooring, and ….Bob…. I don’t know if that’s the right name, but Bob in paint….our cashier at checkout….the customer service is top notch. We’re on our second whole home renovation and we will continue to drive a half hour out of our way to use the Sandusky Home Depot. We are always pleased, never leaving frustrated like we do when we visit their competitors.”
“Great variety, although I was given the third degree for buying a spray paint can, like I would ever consider tagging or vandalizing!🤣. I just needed the paint for a property line stake, calm down Home Depot!”
“We made a quick visit to the Menards to pick up fire wood during our Ohio trip on Saturday, May 16, 2026. It had the exact same layout as the one at home and so we were in and out within 5 minutes. The cashier was very friendly and nobody cared we were there shortly before closing. Good service! (Written 6-4-26)”
“Absolutely clean ..knowledgeable staff...was helped by a big moose of a guy by the name SETH..he was true and sincere liked helping me get the right stuff without over buying”
