“My parents have used this bank since the 1980s. Every time I have visited, they have had the nicest employees I have encountered at a bank. A few are still working there these days. They have called if there were ever a strange transaction come by and we never had a problem with anything. The downsides to this bank is that there is only one location, it is savings account only, there is no debit card, you still use a bank book, and the hours of operation are even less than other banks. While they have the best people working there (reason they get 4 stars), the bank itself is inconvenient for most people. It is great for older persons that bank like the old days, but the younger generations are probably confused.”

“Amanda Muckenstrum, a private banker employee at this branch is OUTSTANDING and deserves a raise! I am an auto loan customer at Chase and have been having a very poor experience with Chase bank (not this specific branch) as I purchased a vehicle 5 months ago and chase bank still doesnt have my title. This has been a very difficult, upsetting, and frustrating situation for me, especially since i have been speaking over the phone with chase customer service representatives who are less than competent and clearly clueless. Today I walked into this branch and spoke to Amanda. She understood my frustration and went above and beyond my expectations to help me. She is extremely intelligent and professional and overall just a major breath of fresh air throughout this extremely poor experience i have been going through. She restored some of my faith today! AMAZING PERSON!!! Give her a raise!!”
