“I had the pleasure of working with an exceptional pharmacy intern named Deja who assisted me with transferring my wife’s prescription from CVS this past weekend. From the moment I reached out, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and efficient. Deja quickly understood my needs and made the entire process seamless, keeping me informed every step of the way- and even went as far as to keep her word in calling me back when the prescription was ready for pickup (which not many pharmacies do these days.) I was truly impressed by her attention to my wife and I and her proactive communication. Not only did she handle the transfer with precision, but she also made sure I understood everything, which really put me at ease. Even with several other customers waiting, she made sure to take the time to answer my questions and never once did I feel rushed or brushed off. It’s clear that she’s passionate about her work and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m grateful for Deja’s assistance!”
“Walgreens customer service is so bad they not attending the call and hold long time when doctors send prescription three items ,on time they have only one available and the rest of they say come after two days which is no good because patients need all the Madison On time”
