“The staff was very busy with servicing vehicles but still were informative on schedule and pleasant to everyone waiting. It was 90 degrees out and they were working hard to service all the customers. Great hard working group of gentlemen.”
“The technician that worked on my car was great...Although the oil change and filter took 2 hrs 45 minutes to complete because there was a problem with the car before mine... I told them I would wait before the job got started...as a former long time customer of Conrad's which has exclusive changed all 300,000 miles of oil changes and has done work and tire purchases for my vehicles...I question why it took so long without even rotating the tires ...the manger wrote me a ticket for half off my next oil change...I question whether my wife or will be using it...the ball was dropped on this one.... my service at Conrad's goes back to when I lived in North Olmsted then to Lakewood Conrad's and now Seven Hills...if I would've know it would take that long, I would've left the car...”

“I went in for a minor tire repair and they were able to take my vehicle right away. I had a nice hot coffee and sat on the rocking bench outside. The indoor waiting is very comfortable as well and the front desk was helpful; very friendly. I would recommend this particular location.”
