“My husband and I visited the store on 07/12/2023 after having just visited another local hat store that has also been around for many many years. This store is a stark contrast from our experience at the other business! Immediately, we were impressed with this store's appearance and the friendly greeting we received from Maelynn (?spelling) and one of the store owners! Maelynn was very knowledgeable about the various hat styles and was able to show us selections after my husband explained what he was looking for! “I really love the new Ashley Stewart call in chagrin Boulevard. I used to go to the one on Lee Road and I loved all of those sales person there also. Kind of sad that I don’t see any of them at the new Chagrin location. I wonder where those ladies went. They were very nice and kind and always helped me with anything that I needed. My most recent experience is when I wanted a particular item off the manikin, and there were only two workers. At first, the associate didn’t feel like she could step up to the task being that it was only two workers that day, and the store was quite busy, however, she and I managed to lift the manikin and take the pants off and I was able to purchase what I desired. Kudos to her!!!! She was very accommodating and kind and I appreciate that. I encourage anyone to go and visit the Chagrin store in the future and you will get great service there and you will be happy with the items that you receive along with great customer service!!!!!”
