“This location is pretty understaffed so it does sometimes get backed up but the employees down there are super nice even when people are being really rude. Also stop being mean to the employees, they're doing the best they can do with being understaffed.”
“Nice store……however today the short man that handles money orders, check cashing etc had a VERY NASTY disposition for no reason. I called to verify if they cashed checks. He said yes, so I went to the store. I gave him my signed check and ID. He gave me my check back and I asked why. He pointed to a sign stating check had to be signed in front of him?!?!?! OK, at 45 years old and have always signed back of checks since I was 18 (as we’re all taught) so I’m confused. I explained I wasn’t aware since this was my first time in the store. I asked him to look at my drivers license and the signature and he can see they match. He stepped back, sat down on his stool and nastily said he will not help me. I expressed that he was treating me like a criminal. He just gave me a dirty look. I walked off and he said “have a nice day”. At this point I was so insulted and mad I yelled “f— you” and left.I don’t care how good I’ve been told the food is I will NEVER set foot in that store again.”
