The actual pick up and move-in day went smoothly. Eric Favez was the driver and site supervisor on both ends. Eric was great to work with. Again, he was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The team and he worked quickly and with care to protect our belongings. In both locations, Ohio to North Carolina, the team was on time and efficient. Eric made sure the process ran smoothly and without stress.
Natalie, the Berger Allied coordinator kept us informed with every step, sending reminders, updates and handling administrative tasks.

“We have been storing our personal items here for 1year. I have no complaints. It is very clean and climate controlled. They allow you to pull in with your car or truck and provide carts to move your items to the storage location.
There is a big elevator that allows you to equip multiple carts to allow less travel from your truck or car to the storage . This is a 2 floor storage and they have different storage size available .
You can also store your vehicle or RV if needed.”

“Without a doubt I would use Morse again. I was moving my daughter from Cleveland to Philadelphia, with a month storage in between. We contacted a number of movers and Morse were the quickest to respond and to arrange a visit to prepare an estimate from the sales person. Within a day we had an estimate and move date. The driver and crew arrived on time, were very professional and quick. For both the pick up and delivery the coordinator was very timely and comprehensive giving us a time and date and checking in regularly, especially the day before the move. The delivery crew and driver were the same team, and it was good to see them - on time as promised. Unsurprisingly they were very efficient and professional. A great experience which made an otherwise stressful process much more amenable. Thank you!”

“Had a great moving experience with Sparks recently. Called about a month in advance to get a quote and moving date. They were definitely the most affordable. I was a little worried because sometimes you get what you pay for but this wasn't the case. There was concern about the moving date getting pushed back, but they were understanding and reassured me that they would work it out. Fortunately that didn't happen so they showed up right on time on moving day. They got straight to work and only stopped when there was heavy rain. We were out of the first house by 12:30pm and into the next house by 3:00pm. It was much quicker than I anticipated. All of the movers were friendly. Whatever they took apart, they put back together. We didn't have any major dents or anything from the move to the best of my knowledge. Some of my furniture had some small scuffs but I didn't make a big deal about wrapping it up. I have two boys - nothing in my house is that sacred. Overall, they were efficient, friendly, and got the job done so we didn't have to break our backs doing it all ourselves.”
