“Have been doing my postal transactions with the Bath, Ohio Post Office for 8 years and have receive excellent, professional, friendly service with each visit. I can understand customer frustration with the hours, but this is a smaller office with smaller staff, and this is something to expect. All you need to do is go to the larger offices and deal with the staff there in order to fully appreciate the Bath office.”

“Never had any problems with my post office. Seems like people only write reviews when something goes wrong. But I've been living in Doylestown almost 5 years, no issues at all.”
“The manager handled a complaint from a customer in front of me very cordially and professionally. She explained the post office processes to him thoroughly and politely and was able to reassure him that she would do what she could to help with his issue.
The process of mailing my packages was also very smooth all around. There was a nice selection of mailers with different designs and sizes and the employee who helped add my postage was nice and efficient.”

“What do you want? It’s a post office. They aren’t going to kiss your bootie or anything so quit expecting that. They’re perfectly nice people and they do their jobs. Treat people with common respect and you just might get the same back. They deal with tons of people every day so chill out. I just read some reviews on here and it’s like people are expecting some sort of unrealistic service. It’s not Starbucks where they are literally paid to pretend to like you.. it’s a post office. —Said with Love.”

“Even though I don't live in Norton, I drive the extra mile due to the fantastic service. I usually deal with Jessica, or John when he fills in. Both are very kind and knowledgeable. It's almost like having an extended family. I don't understand the negative reviews of this location. Perhaps people need to incorporate a bit more patience into their lives. The world doesn't revolve around you.”

“Had an awesome experience today. Tried Brunswick because the employees at Medina are rude and unhelpful and Brunswick did not disappoint! I was offered assistance with the right envelope and address label for my passport application as soon as I walked in by Arnold and he allowed me to use his stapler to attach my passport photo. “You know you look at these reviews and it almost turns you away from ever using them. I run a side business and I use usps and keep using the post office because of Byron. He’s the reason I keep going here. Every time I come in he greets me with a smile, always calm, super chill and talks to you with respect. He’s the reason I enjoy coming in every time I need to deliver a package. And when I turn it in, not even 10 minutes later I get a notification that my package has been shipped out of the facility. I do however think that this place needs more employees like him. It would definitely make that location turn a complete 180. Byron if you read this, thanks man! You truly are the best!”
